'Gang of four' politicians get first taste of defeat

The so-called ''gang of four'' politicians inside the People Power party (PPP) were given their first taste of defeat yesterday when a House meeting in search of a new prime minister took a surprise turn.

The House session was cut short when the five coalition partners, along with about 70 dissidents in the PPP, revolted against the proposed nomination of Samak Sundaravej as prime minister.

They did not show up at the meeting, which resulted in the House of Representatives lacking a quorum to endorse the nomination.

The meeting was adjourned until Wednesday.

The twist comes as a blow to the so-called 'gang of four' and shuts the door on Mr Samak's chances of returning to lead the government after he was disqualified from the job of prime minister by the Constitution Court for breaching the charter by hosting paid-for cooking shows on commercial television.

Samak: Said to have thrown in the towel

The gang of four _ as they are called by the PPP's Isan Pattana faction _ are said to be Mr Samak, his secretary-general Theerapol Nopparampa, Finance Minister and PPP secretary-general Surapong Suebwonglee and Newin Chidchob, a veteran politician and former Thai Rak Thai MP who controls a large faction of northeastern MPs in the PPP.

Since many party members and coalition partners have now made it clear they will put up resistance to Mr Samak's return, the PPP must seek other options.

''Mr Samak needs a couple of days to make up his mind. If he agrees [to pull out], things will be easier,'' PPP deputy leader and Justice Minister Sompong Amornwiwat said yesterday.

A PPP source said Mr Samak had now thrown in the towel and would step aside to make way for the party to search for a new candidate.

PPP deputy leader and caretaker prime minister Somchai Wongsawat has been mentioned as a possible successor.

The source added Mr Samak may even consider quitting as party leader.

On Thursday night, Mr Somchai and Mr Surapong were working hard to make sure Chart Thai leader Banharn Silpa-archa supported the PPP's bid to form a new government. A source at Chart Thai said former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra contacted Mr Banharn and asked him to support Mr Samak.

The failed bid to vote for a new prime minister has exposed a deepening rift in the PPP between the gang of four and other factions led by Yaowapa Wongsawat, Yongyuth Tiyapairat, Paichit Sriworakhan, Preecha Rengsomboon, Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan and former Thai Rak Thai executive Chaturon Chaisaeng.

The conflict resulted from them being unhappy with Mr Newin's inclination to work the crowds that often put the PPP into confrontation with others.

Mr Preecha, a leader of the Isan Pattana faction, has promised his group will stop Mr Newin dominating the party at all costs.

A source close to the opponents of Mr Samak said Mr Thaksin tried to convince the dissident factions to close ranks around Mr Samak, but they refused.

Mr Newin's associates said Mr Newin and his faction have now been beaten.

''Mr Newin has admitted defeat and agreed to end infighting among party members.

''Actually, Mr Samak's opponents respect and accept Mr Samak, but they cannot stand Mr Theerapol, who is Mr Samak's close aide,'' the source said.

Mr Samak's weakness is that he refused to listen to anyone but Mr Theerapol.

This caused him to misjudge situations, particularly the position of the coalition partners.

The source added Mr Newin is now giving faction leaders such as Mr Yongyuth and Khunying Sudarat a free hand to run the party and they are expected to push for Mr Somchai to be prime minister.

The pendulum has now swung from Mr Newin to faction leaders such as Mr Yongyuth, Mrs Yaowapa and Khunying Sudarat, who now hold the reins of power in the PPP.

Samak steps aside after embarrassing no-vote

Embarrassed at being rejected by members of his own party, Samak Sundaravej has given up hope of being reinstated as prime minister and may step away from leading the People Power party (PPP). Mr Samak's decision was revealed yesterday by Theerapol Nopparampa, his close aide, after he spent about 50 minutes meeting Mr Samak at his home.

Mr Samak asked him to tell PPP members that he has tried his best to protect democracy. He would now end his effort and let the party decide on its own future.

Mr Samak's remarks have led to speculation that he will quit as PPP leader as well.

PPP registration officer Samarn Lertwongrat said he had not been informed about Mr Samak's resignation as party leader.

Mr Samarn said any such move would only take effect when the besieged former prime minister's resignation letter reached the party's secretary-general or himself.

PPP MPs held a meeting yesterday after the vote for a new prime minister in the House was postponed to next Wednesday due to a lack of a quorum.

Coalition parties and about 70 PPP MPs who opposed Mr Samak's nomination refused to attend the House for the vote.

The MPs asked deputy PPP leaders Somchai Wongsawat and Sompong Amornwiwat and secretary-general Surapong Suebwonglee to convince Mr Samak to withdraw his nomination, though they said he should have the right to nominate someone for the job.

Sompong Amornwiwat, a key PPP contender for post, said the coalition parties would announce in the next two days the formation of the new alliance.

On Monday, the PPP will meet to select a member to stand for prime minister.

Mr Sompong said the party will tell coalition partners the name of its contender on Tuesday before voting takes place in the House on Wednesday.

According to PPP sources, deputy PPP leaders, Mr Somchai or Mr Sompong, are likely to be nominated.

House Speaker Chai Chidchob postponed the vote after a group of PPP MPs and members of the other five coalition partners opted not to attend the House meeting to elect the new prime minister. The next meeting of the House was scheduled for Wednesday.

Wichian Udomsak, an Amnat Charoen MP and member of the Friends of Newin Chidchob group that pushed for the reinstatement of Mr Samak, said in his opinion parliament might be dissolved if the House cannot elect a new prime minister next Wednesday.

Meanwhile, three Chart Thai MPs, Pathum Thani MP Ekkapot Panyaem, Ang Thong MP Paradorn Prissananantakul, and Si Sa Ket MP Siripong Angkhasakulkiat explained Chart Thai's decision not to attend the House meeting yesterday.

They said it was due to disagreement within the PPP on the nomination of Mr Samak.

They agreed to boycott the meeting to ensure it was postponed.

A Chart Thai source said party leader Banharn Silpa-archa on Thursday night received calls from PPP groups that supported and opposed Mr Samak's nomination.

Mr Siripong said Chart Thai was not playing political games with the PPP as alleged by PPP spokesman Kuthep Saikrachang, adding that: ''We want to let the major party finalise its nomination first.''

Mr Siripong said the PPP should take into account people's opinions on its nomination of prime minister, while the next prime minister should be someone capable of solving the country's crisis.

Somsak Prissananantakul, a deputy Chart Thai leader, said postponing the vote would allow all parties more time to think about the country's direction.

Another deputy Chart Thai leader, Kanchana Silpa-archa, daughter of party leader Banharn, said the six coalition parties remain united.

Yesterday morning, about 1,000 pro-government demonstrators led by the Khon Rak Udon group (Love Udon People) turned up in front of parliament to support the reinstatement of Mr Samak.

The demonstrators were from Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Roi Et, Ratchaburi and Samut Prakan provinces.

Clad in red tops, they expressed their anger when they heard about the lack of quorum in the House and that voting was postponed.

The group's leader, going under the alias Pey Klong Toey, vowed to list the names of PPP MPs who were absent from the House, and proposed the party expel them. They were all elected because of deposed prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra's influence, not because of their own talent, he said.

PAD celebrates but will fight on

People's Alliance for Democracy yesterday vowed to continue its anti-government rally even though Samak Sundaravej was stripped of the premiership by the Constitution Court.

''The PAD will continue its rally until all dishonest politicians under the Thaksin regime are rooted out,'' core PAD leader Somsak Kosaisuk told the demonstrators minutes after the charter court handed down its verdict.

The PAD also warned parliament, which will convene on Friday to vote for a new prime minister, not to propose ''any person with a blemished record or who violated the constitution to head the government.''

The group also condemned the ruling People Power party's resolution to support Mr Samak again as prime minister.

If Mr Samak returned, it would be like ''bringing a corpse back to politics,'' said PAD coordinator Suriyasai Katasila.

In its statement released yesterday, the PAD said Mr Samak's breach of the charter proved he and his ''puppet cabinet'' were no longer fit to run the country.

The PAD will maintain its mission to guard the constitution and support all attempts to bring about political change by any groups which intend to protect the 2007 constitution and to solve problems caused by the Thaksin regime and its proxy government via the judicial system, the statement said.

The PAD will join these groups to call for the judicial process in corruption cases against Mr Thaksin and his associates as well as lese majeste charges against Jakrapob Penkair and Veera Musikapong to be speeded up.

They also demanded the abrogation of the joint Thai-Cambodian communique that, they said, compels Thailand to give up the Preah Vihear temple and its surrounding area to Cambodia.

Undeterred by heavy rainfall at Government House, PAD supporters stood in ankle-deep water to listen to the verdict on Mr Samak.

Loud cheering and applause broke out when it was announced that the court had decided to disqualify Mr Samak, who was found guilty of violating the charter.

People rushed out of their tents, shook each other's hands, clapped and danced.

''I'm deeply satisfied today. The verdict shows the court is still what we can rely on,'' said Nantapong Ranjuan, a 46-year-old resident of Surin, who travelled hundreds of kilometres from his home town to join the rally, which has lasted more than 100 days so far.

The cheering lasted for around 20 minutes. It went on for so long that PAD leaders had to try to calm them down and even asked them to stop.

''Please don't be glad that Mr Samak is gone,'' core PAD leader Somsak Kosaisuk told the demonstrators.

He was advising caution because it was still unclear whether the House would vote for Mr Samak to come back.

Sondhi Limthongkul, another PAD core leader said: ''We've come too far to back off.

''We saw a sign of victory today when Mr Samak was disqualified.''

Samak sacked, but PPP to back him again for PM

Sacked prime minister Samak Sundaravej has accepted the People Power party's decision to again nominate him to lead the government, high ranking sources in the coalition parties said last night.

The Constitution Court yesterday afternoon disqualified Mr Samak from the job of prime minister for violating the constitution by hosting two cooking shows on commercial television.

Shortly afterwards, the PPP held a meeting and resolved to again throw its support behind Mr Samak.

This was supported by all parties in the coalition government, including Chart Thai which earlier was reluctant to back him, the sources confirmed.

Parliament, which is firmly controlled by the six coalition parties, will vote for a prime minister on Friday, House Speaker Chai Chidchob said.

Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Somchai Wongsawat will act as prime minister for the time being.

Mr Samak, the PPP leader, did not talk to the press after the court's decision.

PPP spokesman Kuthep Saikrachang said Mr Samak and the party respected the court's decision. Even though Mr Samak has been stripped of his premiership, he remains an MP and there are no laws banning him from holding political office, Mr Kuthep said.

''The party has reached a unanimous decision and will nominate Mr Samak to be prime minister again,'' he said.

Party members did not think there was anything amiss with Mr Samak's actions and he did not cause any damage to the country.

Wattana Sengpairoh, a failed PPP candidate in Bangkok, said Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan still backed Mr Samak to lead the government. A former Thai Rak Thai party executive member, she has close ties to former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra and controls the faction of Bangkok MPs in the PPP.

However, MPs from the Isan Pattana faction inside the PPP disagreed with the quick decision to support Mr Samak, Roi Et MP Sakda Kongpetch said.

Voravaj Eua-apinyakul, an MP from Phrae, warned the party it must prepare a clear explanation for the public why it decided to bring Mr Samak back to head the government again.

The deputy leader of the Puea Pandin party, Information and Communications Technology Minister Mun Patanotai, said his party's position remains unchanged. ''The party still supports the PPP. Leaders of other coalition parties still back Mr Samak,'' he said.

A source in Puea Pandin said members had to convince their party leader Suvit Khunkitti to back their desire to stay with the government.

Chart Thai leader Banharn Silpa-archa rejected speculation he would succeed Mr Samak as head of the government, saying he could not stand the pressure from the government's critics.

Chart Thai deputy leader Somsak Prissananantakul, the agriculture minister, said Chart Thai was ready to support the party with the majority of seats in the House to form the government.

The push for Mr Samak's return was strongly opposed by the Democrat party.

Democrat deputy chief adviser Banyat Bantadtan urged the PPP and its coalition partners to listen to the public mood and do their bit to ease the political tension.

The nine judges on the charter court bench were unanimous in disqualifying Mr Samak for breaching the constitution by hosting the Chim Pai Bon Pai (Tasting and Grumbling) and Yok Khayong Hok Mong Chao (All Set at 6am) cooking programmes. The court said there was proof that Mr Samak, when prime minister, continued to do the shows and to receive remuneration from the producer, Face Media.

This meant that Mr Samak worked for the company by definition of Article 267. This article prohibits a prime minister from holding any position in a partnership, company or an organisation carrying out business with a view to sharing profits or income, or being an employee of any person.

The meaning of ''employee'' in the charter is broader than definitions of the term in other laws, the court said.

The court said the spirit of the constitution is to make sure the prime minister and cabinet ministers carry out their jobs properly and to protect against conflicts of interest.

The court said only the prime ministership of Mr Samak is terminated. Other cabinet ministers shall remain in office and continue their duties until a new prime minister and a new cabinet are sworn in.

PAD exploits members as 'bargaining tools'

A group of 40 academics has called on the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) to stop using demonstrators as bargaining tools.

The group warned yesterday that the political stalemate was in danger of spinning out of control.

About 40 academics, formed loosely as the "network for public peace and morality", said the PAD had gone astray as a civil movement.

The group encouraged the PAD to obey the law and come up with democratic demands for change.

Political scientist Prajak Kongkirati of Thammasat University said the PAD core leaders' decision to lead thousands of demonstrators to camp inside Government House was a misplaced and illegal strategy which showed their intention was to goad the Samak government into using force against civilians.

"They should not use these people as bargaining tools because this could lead to further violence," he said, adding the nine PAD core leaders, who are wanted on arrest warrants for breaking into government offices, know the police will be cautious about arresting them as long as they are guarded by thousands of demonstrators.

If the authorities exercise force, PAD can claim justification for the elected government to be turfed out of office through undemocratic means, he said.

The PAD, fronted by media mogul Sondhi Limthongkul, Chamlong Srimuang and Somsak Kosaisuk, directed protesters to storm Government House on Aug 26. They have camped inside the compound ever since.

The academics said the government's decision to hold a referendum on the political issue is not a timely tool to solve the stalemate.

They called on the protesters to leave Government House, and the PAD core leaders to obey the law by turning themselves in to the police.

The group also urged the government to immediately lift the emergency decree and refrain from using force to disperse the protesters.

Since the police are not armed, the PAD's guards should also put down their weapons, the academics said.

But an unresolved political deadlock was unlikely to lead to civil war, as feared by certain groups, according to political scientist Thanet Aphornsuvan of Thammasat University.

"If the situation goes out of control, the worse-case scenario could be that the military stages a coup and there's more bloodshed," he said.

Prapas Pintoptang of Chulalongkorn University said PAD should have pressed the government for change through legal channels and peaceful means.

The PAD's "New Politics" proposal - a government with 70% appointed MPs and 30% elected - would lead to an undemocratic system which would reduce people's power and allow the country to be run by a small group of individuals, he said.

Bencharat Sae-chua of Mahidol University said the basic right to protest had been cited by both sides, but neither had opted for peaceful means.

Another coup is possible, says close aide to the CNS

Another military coup is possible if the political strife lasts much longer, says a former close aide to people behind the 2006 coup.

While stressing that the present stand-off should be tackled through political means, Gen Somjet Boonthanom, the chief adviser to the defence permanent secretary's office, said military intervention may be necessary if all other means failed.

''If the problems cannot be resolved by democratic means and the country is caught in a deadlock, a coup may be necessary,'' said Gen Somjet, a close aide to former Council for National Security (CNS) secretary-general Winai Phattiyakul.

He urged parties involved in the dispute not to focus on winning and suggested the government consider its future if it is unable to steer the country away from political turmoil.

The People's Alliance for Democracy and Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej are still at loggerheads, despite mediation attempts by parliament to find a settlement.

In his national broadcast yesterday, Mr Samak said again that he would stay on as prime minister, to defend democracy and the monarchy.

He also dismissed the possibility of the military mounting a coup to topple his administration when he attends the United Nations General Assembly session in New York later this month.

Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra was ousted in 2006 while he was at a UN function.

''I will deliver my speech at the United Nations and I don't believe any unwanted incidents will happen, such as when Mr Thaksin went to speak there.

''The military knows the international community will not tolerate [another] coup,'' he said.

PAD core member Chamlong Srimuang said his group would not negotiate as long as Mr Samak stayed in power.

Senate Speaker Prasopsuk Boondej, assigned by parliament to mediate the conflict, had yet to contact the PAD, he said.

Mr Prasopsuk said he will discuss the PAD's conditions with his working team today.

The mediation attempt comes after Mr Samak imposed a state of emergency in the wake of a violent clash between pro- and anti-government demonstrators last Tuesday.

Political parties will today also explore possible options to mitigate the conflict. Party leaders and secretaries-general are expected to attend.

Meanwhile, a source in the People Power party said Mr Samak is likely to dissolve the House of Representatives eventually. It was only a question of when.

The source said if cabinet endorses the annual reshuffle of state officials at the mobile cabinet meeting tomorrow, the chances of a House dissolution are high.

Some even expect the announcement on Saturday, said the source.

PAD shuts down airports

Supporters of the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) sealed off some of the country's major airports and threatened to seize city halls in the South in a bid to force the resignation of Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej shortly after the state of emergency was imposed yesterday. About 1,000 PAD supporters closed the roads to the Hat Yai airport yesterday morning. They set up a stage in front of the airport and vowed a protracted siege of the airport.

Four companies of anti-riot and border patrol police were deployed to secure the airport and bring security there to its highest level.

About 300 of the group's supporters sealed off the airport for four hours yesterday and then left for Bangkok to join the PAD demonstration at Government House.

Praween Julapakdi, a PAD coordinator in Surat Thani, said the two evening flights would not be blocked.

Key southern supporters of the PAD announced in Chumphon yesterday they would lay siege to city halls in all 14 southern provinces if Mr Samak insists on staying.

Highways in the region would also be blocked, said Sunthorn Rakrong, the PAD's southern coordinator.

The movement's backers forced the cancellation of seven flights at Hat Yai airport yesterday.

Prapas Inthanapasat, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) director in Hat Yai, said the airport rally and the rail strike would hurt tourism all the more in Songkhla, which is already suffering from insurgent threats.

Phanu Woramit, TAT director in Surat Thani province, said the news of the clash between the anti-government and pro-government supporters in Bangkok early yesterday caused the cancellation of about half the flight bookings made by South Korean couples planning honeymoon trips to Koh Samui this week.

Ruangnam Jaikwang, president of the southern hoteliers' association, said the hotel industry on Koh Samui could grind to a halt if the political turmoil is allowed to persist.

In the northeastern province of Khon Kaen, some medical staff of the Srinakarin Hospital at Khon Kaen University are considering a strike if Mr Samak refuses to call it quits.

About 100 doctors, nurses and medical students at the hospital said they would withdraw all their bank savings in an effort to jeopardise the local economy.

PM: Clash will be investigated

Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej yesterday assured the public that investigations would be carried out into the cause of the violence between pro- and anti-government protesters, which left one man dead. In a televised news conference at the Royal Thai Armed Forces headquarters shortly after he declared a state of emergency, Mr Samak said the emergency enforcement committee would be responsible for the investigations.

''The matter will be looked into carefully,'' he said, without specifying the timeframe of the investigations.

Pro-government United Front of Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD) and the anti-government People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) clashed around 1am yesterday on Ratchadamnoen Nok avenue.

The violence erupted shortly after midnight when the UDD led more than 2,000 members, mostly wearing red T-shirts or red headbands, to march from Sanam Luang, where the UDD held a rally yesterday to counter the PAD rally, to Makkhawan Rangsan bridge, the headquarters of the PAD.

The UDD members, mostly armed with wooden batons, some with iron bars, stones and knives, were led by young men on board 20 motorcycles, who honked their horns while leading the group along the avenue. Two six-wheel trucks followed the group.

About 500 police were divided into two teams to set up blockades along the avenue to prevent the UDD demonstrators from confronting the PAD protesters. About 12.30am, the UDD reached the first police blockade in front of Nang Loeng police station.

It took the UDD about five minutes to pass through the blockade, as police had only anti-riot shields without any batons.

The motorcycle riders who led the UDD drove straight at metal barricades set up by police. The officers tried in vain to prevent the UDD from advancing through the second blockade, near the PAD protest site.

Upon learning the UDD had marched to the PAD's protest site at the bridge, PAD core member Somsak Kosaisuk immediately ordered demonstrators to rush to the Makkhawan Rangsan site from Government House.

Mr Somsak and thousands of PAD demonstrators have encamped at Government House since last Tuesday.

The PAD demonstrators, mostly young men armed with knives, wooden clubs, golf clubs and iron bars, reinforced PAD guards, numbering about 1,000, at the bridge to protect their protest site.

The UDD managed to break through the last police barricade in front of the army headquarters. Upon seeing their rivals, the UDD members ran towards their opponents, who managed to break through a police barricade.

The two sides clashed and gunfire was heard.

After the 30-minute clash, the UDD, which was outnumbered by the PAD, suffered casualties. A total of 43 people were hurt and one was pronounced dead on arrival in hospital from injuries to his head and face. Three of the wounded had been shot, according to the Narenthorn Emergency Response Centre.

The dead man was identified as UDD member Narongsak Krobthaisong, 55.

Police found a number of spent 9mm bullets left at the clash scene.

National police chief Pol Gen Patcharawat Wongsuwan and his deputy and acting city police chief Pol Gen Jongrak Juthanont yesterday inspected the scene.

About 400 soldiers from the 1st Infantry Regiment armed with shields and batons were deployed to the site. The troops stood in the middle of the two conflicting groups.

Nearly 600 schools in Bangkok were temporarily closed following the clash. The Office of the Basic Education Commission ordered state-run schools in Bangkok to be closed for one or two days, depending on their location.

PAD supporters guard ASTV from being taken off air

Around 200 supporters of the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) yesterday banded together to guard the ASTV station and Manager newspaper offices on Phra Athit road amid rumours Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej was going to take the cable TV channel off the air. The PAD demonstrators walked from the protest ground at Government House in the late morning before separating into two groups.

The first stood guard in front of Ban Chao Phraya where the ASTV station is located while another group gathered nearby outside the Manager newspaper office at Ban Phra Athit.

The PAD supporters came together to protect the ASTV station from any disruption to its broadcasts, including a possible attack by supporters of the pro-government United Front of Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD).

Earlier, a rumour went around that the station, owned by PAD leader Sondhi Limthongkul, would be taken off the air on the orders of Mr Samak.

In the evening, about 500 PAD guards placed old tyres, railings and barbed wires at two sections of Phra Athit road to foil any attempts to cause disturbances at the station.

Behind the layer of defences, the PAD guards armed with sticks, golf clubs, metal bars and catapults stayed put.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Court yesterday dismissed an appeal to revoke arrest warrants for nine PAD leaders on charges of inciting insurrection.

Narat Imsuksri, Criminal Court secretary, said the nine PAD leaders could file another appeal. PAD lawyer Nathaporn Toprayoon plans to do so with the Appeals Court today.

Supachai Jaisamut, secretary to the Interior Minister, said investigators were in the process of taking legal action against Mr Sondhi's son Jittanart, one of the executives of Thaiday Dot Com Co, which operates the ASTV station, and 30 other PAD figures for insurrection and invasion of government offices following its controversial broadcasts in violation of the state of emergency.

PAD leader Maj-Gen Chamlong Srimuang warned that if ASTV was closed, electricity to all politicians, especially Mr Samak's house, would be cut off.

Army chief Gen Anupong Paojinda said that biased media reports by state-owned television station NBT and ASTV had brought the political situation to a critical point. Measures to monitor the two stations might be put in place.

ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่าเมื่อเวลา 18.30 น. วันนี้ นายวัชระ เพชรทอง ขึ้นปราศรัยปลุกกระแสกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โจมตีการทำงานของตำรวจนครบาล ขณะนั้นได้มีกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าจากเดิมกว่า 5,000 คน โดยนายวัชระ สั่งให้ผู้ชุมนุม ถอยออกมาจากประตูรั้วเหล็กคนละหนึ่งก้าว เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม ยั่วยุให้ผู้ชุมนุมบุกเข้าไปในบช.น. เพื่อทวงทรัพย์สินและข้าวของโทรศัพท์มือถือที่ตำรวจยึดมาจากผู้ชุมนุม ต่อมานายการุณ ใสงาม หนึ่งในแกนนำ ขึ้นเวทีปราศรับสั่งให้ผู้ชุมนุมเดินชิดเข้ามาที่ประตูรั้วเหล็ก เพื่อประลองกำลัง โดยให้ผู้ชุมนุมทุบประตูรั้วเหล็กจนเสียงดังก้องไปทั่ว หลังจากนั้น ได้บอกกับผู้ชุมนุมเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมจะบุกเข้าไปใน บช.น. ให้รถพยาบาลเตรียมรับผู้บาดเจ็บ ขณะนั้นตำรวจที่ประจำอยู่ในกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล 3 กองร้อย 450 นายได้ประชิดเข้ามาติดประตูรั้วด้านในกันทั้งหมด ป้องกันไม่ให้ผู้ชุมนุมพังประตูเข้ามา แกนนำได้ให้สัญญาณนับถอยหลัง เป็นจังหวะ เริ่มจาก 10 , 9 …….จนถึง 1 ขณะนั้นได้เกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิดขึ้น มีเสียงคล้ายปืนดังขึ้นมา 3 นัด ซึ่งคาดว่าจะเป็นเสียงประทัดและมีควันสีขาวกระจายออกมาจากบริเวณหน้ารถเครื่องขยายเสียง จากนั้นก็มีเสียงดังขึ้นหลายนัดติดต่อกันกว่า 5-6 นัดจากบริเวณที่มีการชุมนุม ขณะที่ตำรวจอยู่ด้านในมีเพียงโล่กำบังและกระบอกเท่านั้น



ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า แกนนำได้สั่งให้ผู้ชุมนุมหมอบลงกับพื้น และ ได้ตะโกนว่าตำรวจยิงปืนออกมานอกรั้ว จากนั้นก็มีเสียงระเบิดดังกึกก้องอยู่ที่กลางกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมบริเวณด้านประตูรั้ว 1 ลูก บนรถเครื่องขยายเสียง 1 ลูก และดังต่อเนื่องกันไปทั่วบริเวณรวม 11 ลูก ทำให้ผู้ชุมนุมหนีตายกันอย่างอลหม่าน ซึ่งคาดว่า จะเป็นระเบิดแก๊สน้ำตา บรรยากาศนิ่งสงบไปประมาณ 2 นาที บริเวณถนนศรีอยุธยา หน้าบช.น. ต่างไม่มีผู้ชุมนุมอยู่ขณะนั้นมีผู้บาดเจ็บอยู่หลายราย กระทั่งรถพยาบาลวิ่งเข้ามาร่วมผู้บาดเจ็บไปส่งโรงพยาบาลวัชรพยาบาล เหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ผู้สื่อข่าวในบช.น.ต่างยืนยันว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจไม่ได้ใช้ระเบิดแก๊สน้ำตายิงเข้าไปกับผู้ชุมนุม อาจมีผู้ไม่หวังดีสร้างสถานการณ์ บางกลุ่มยังวิจารณ์กันว่า ตำรวจเป็นคนทำจนทำให้เกิดความสับสน จากนั้น เหตุการณ์เริ่มชุลมุน มีระเบิดควันเข้ามาใน บช.น.ประมาณ 2 นัดทำให้ตำรวจที่อยู่ริมรั้วด้านในนอนหมอบลงกับพื้น พล.ต.ท.อัศวิน ขวัญเมือง ผบช.น. สั่งเสริมกำลังจากหน่วยอรินทราช 26 รถดับเพลิง ตำรวจปราบจราจล เสริมกำลังเป็นเท่าตัว เข้าระงับเหตุจนสถานการณ์คลี่คลายลง



หลังเกิดเหตุ พ.ต.อ.สุวัฒน์ แจ้งยอดสุข รอง ผบก.หัวหน้าสำนักงาน ผบช.น.ได้เข้าไปเจรจากับนายสุรชัย ไม้งาม หนึ่งในแกนนำ ตกลงกันว่า กลุ่มพันธมิตรยอมถอนกำลัง พร้อมกับประกาศว่าพื้นที่ บช.น.ไม่ใช่เป้าหมายหลัก ผู้ชุมนุมมีเป้าหมายหลักอยู่ที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาล จากนั้นแกนนำได้เคลื่อนรถเครื่องขยายเสียงกับไปที่ทำเนียบรัฐบาล ต่อมา พล.ต.ต.อำนวย นิ่มมะโน ผบก.นง 1 ประกาศผ่านเครื่องขยายเสียงเพื่อให้ผู้ชุมนุมเข้าใจว่า ตำรวจมีหน้าที่รักษากฎหมาย ดูแลคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินของทางราชการ ถึงแม้ว่า จะต้องสละชีวิตเพื่อรักษาฐานที่ต้องก็ต้องยอมทำ ขณะเดียวกันก็ประกาศให้กำลังใจเจ้าหน้าที่ให้ทำงานอย่างเข้มแข็ง อย่างละมุนละม่อม จากนั้นตำรวจได้เปิดเพลงมาร์ทตำรวจ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานกว่า 500 นายต่างส่งเสียงร้องตามและเคาะโล่และกระบอกกันเป็นจังหวะ และร้องตะโกนว่า สู้ สู้

PM turns to military top brass for protection

The strategy adopted yesterday by Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej to ward off the threat against his rule from the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) was simple, but risky.

The prime minister took the unexpected step of surrounding himself with the military top brass at the Supreme Command.

A military source revealed that Mr Samak phoned Supreme Commander Gen Boonsrang Niempradit around 8am after being told that PAD supporters would try to seize control of Government House and several ministries to pressure the prime minister and his cabinet to step down.

Gen Boonsrang was asked to arrange a meeting room for the cabinet at the Supreme Command at 9am. A room on the fourth four of the Supreme Command's main building was then vacated and re-arranged as a meeting place for the cabinet as requested.

The prime minister's decision to stay inside the barracks came despite a strong rumour on Monday night that a military wing, led by First Army chief Lt-Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha, was planning to stage a coup and overthrow the government.

Mr Samak asked both Army chief Gen Anupong Paojinda and Lt-Gen Prayuth to be by his side all day yesterday and used the command centre as a base to deal with the PAD attacks against his administration, the source said.

Mr Samak took a big risk by putting his trust in Gen Anupong he would not be back-stabbed if he stayed inside the barracks which could have made him an easy target if the army had opted for a coup, an observer noted.

The prime minister, who is also the defence minister, rewarded them for the protection within hours yesterday by quickly approving the military reshuffle list.

The reshuffle list was discussed on the sixth floor of the building immediately after the cabinet meeting, which ended at 2pm. Normally, at least 30 minutes are spent on discussing the list, but this time the prime minister approved the list within 10 minutes without making any changes.

Mr Samak told the armed forces chiefs that he respected their decisions as he believed they knew their forces better than anybody else, according to Gen Boonsrang.

Many military leaders were themselves surprised at the quick end of the meeting, as it has taken days in previous years to finalise the list due to heavy internal lobbying.

Details were not unveiled after the meeting.

Earlier, Mr Samak reportedly planned to propose that Gen Anupong also hold the post of supreme commander as Mr Samak disagreed with Gen Boonsrang that his deputy Gen Montri Sangkhasap be nominated to succeed him.

But Gen Anupong refused to take up the post, reasoning that he would find the workload too heavy, and said many other senior officers were qualified for the job, another military source added.

The source said Gen Boonsrang would likely be succeeded by Gen Songkitti Chakkabat, chief-of-staff of the Supreme Command, instead of Gen Montri.

But pleasing the military leaders by leaving the list untouched was no guarantee that he would not face a coup. If the situation worsens, the army will be left with no choice and could take that very step to restore the stability of the country, another observer said.

Thousands of demonstrators storm seven state agencies

Thousands of members of the People's Alliance for Democracy yesterday stormed into seven agencies, including Government House, as the PAD tried to bring the government of Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej to its knees.

''All the agencies being raided are symbols of the corrupt state mechanism,'' said PAD co-leader Sondhi Limthongkul.

The six main targets were NBT television station, the Finance and Transport ministries, the Public Relations Department, the Metropolitan Police Bureau head office and Government House.

The demonstrators first burst into the NBT, followed by the Finance Ministry, where they broke through the three-metre-high iron gate and then took over the ministry's compound.

Officials were ordered to go home. Office buildings were then locked, except for the canteen and some toilets for the demonstrators.

At the Transport Ministry, about 2,000 PAD supporters climbed over the fence and took over the hall of the ministry's main building.

Another group entered the Agriculture and Cooperatives Ministry, but only to use the toilets.

Protesters also raided the city police headquarters, where they suspected a temporary studio had been set up for the NBT.

PAD coordinator Suriyasai Katasila said that by taking over the agencies they were sending a message to the government that it could no longer work and that Mr Samak should resign.

He denied the PAD was trying to provoke violence or instigate another coup.

They would not support another coup if it was just like the previous ones, Mr Suriyasai said.

Kittichai Saisa-ad, a key PAD supporter and member of the Provincial Electricity Authority labour union, said electricity and water supplies could be cut off to government agencies to increase the pressure on Mr Samak.

Bail denied for NBT break-in suspects

Protesters lay siege to 'govt mouthpiece'

The Criminal Court last night denied bail to 82 suspects arrested for breaking into state-owned television station NBT early yesterday morning. The suspects are all said to be supporters of the anti-government People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) and were led by Thanet Khamchum, 43. There are 78 men and four women. Three are juveniles.

Police from Sutthisan station charged them all with colluding with more than two armed associates in breaking into premises at night, colluding with more than five armed associates in forcing others to take or not to take certain actions by threatening to harm them, possessing firearms and bullets without permission, and carrying firearms in a city area or on public roads without permission.

The suspects are each liable to a maximum five-year jail term and/or a fine of up to 10,000 baht.

The Court denied bail for all suspects on the basis they are accused of committing violent crimes.

Police also opposed their bail applications, saying they feared the suspects might commit other violent crimes later if allowed to leave.

The arrested male suspects were sent to Bangkok Special Prison and the women to the Central Correction Facility. Juvenile suspects were sent to Ban Metta reception home for children and youths.

The 82 suspects, mostly wearing the PAD's trademark yellow T-shirts with black jackets and masks, allegedly spearheaded the raid on the NBT premises on Vibhavadi Rangsit road about 5am yesterday. The raiders demanded NBT staff stop broadcasting and damaged property in the building.

PAD coordinator Suriyasai Katasila said he suspected the armed group at the NBT station were not alliance members, as their actions were contrary to the PAD's strict policy of peaceful protests with no weapons.

Still, www.manager.co.th, the website of PAD core leader Sondhi Limthongkul, identified them as ''Srivijaya warriors'' working voluntarily as guards for the alliance.

About 100 police were called to the station and arrested the 82 suspects.

After a brief search, police found among the protesters one 11mm handgun, one shotgun and several knives of various kinds.

An hour later, there was a further break-in at the NBT as about 2,000 PAD-affiliated demonstrators also lay siege to the station and forced staff to again stop airing programmes.

They also cut electricity in the surrounding area.

About 8.55 am, police escorted a number of NBT staff from the building for fear that they might be attacked by demonstrators. Among the staff was NBT anchor Tuangporn Assawawilai.

Chaos erupted about 10.10am when TV Channel 3 anchor Kitti Singhapat arrived.

Jeering demonstrators threw punches and bottles at him before he was escorted from the station by PAD guards.

About 10am, the station resumed broadcasting, using mobile units.

About 500 PAD demonstrators marched from Makkhawan Rangsan bridge to block the entrance gate of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, as a number of NBT staff were being escorted there.

The protesters harangued the staff, calling for their expulsion. They also demanded the release of all 82 suspects.

The protest paralysed traffic in the area as protesters blocked all four lanes in front of the bureau.

Seizing the NBT was part of the PAD's latest strategy to bring down the government of Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej.

The most contentious NBT programme is Kwam Jing Wan Nee (Truth of Today), hosted by former Thai Rak Thai party executive Veera Musikapong, People Power party MP Jatuporn Promphan and deputy government spokesman Nattawut Saikua.

They have strongly criticised PAD leaders and organisations appointed by the Sept 19, 2006, coupmaker.

Somkiat Pongpaiboon, one of the five PAD leaders and a party-list MP of the opposition Democrats, said the siege was motivated by anger over the TV station being used as a government mouthpiece, despite it being funded by taxpayers' money.

ตร. ชี้พันธมิตรฯพยายามสร้างเงื่อนไขกดดันให้สลายการชุมนุม

พล.ต.ต.สุรพล ทวนทอง รองโฆษกตำรวจ ระบุ การที่กลุ่มพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ก่อเหตุบุกเข้าไปภายในสถานที่ราชการหลายแห่ง รวมถึงสถานีโทรทัศน์เอ็นบีที ช่วงเช้าวันนี้เป็นเหตุการณ์ที่คาดไว้แล้ว แต่ตำรวจยืนยันว่า จะใช้ความอดทน อดกลั้น ต่อไปโดยไม่ใช้กำลังเข้าสลายการชุมนุม

รองโฆษก สตช. กล่าวอีกว่า การที่กลุ่มพันธมิตรฯบุกเข้าไปในสถานที่ราชการหลายแห่งนั้น มองว่าเป็นความพยายามของพันธมิตรฯ ที่จะสร้างเงื่อนไขกดดันให้ตำรวจใช้กำลังสลายการชุมนุม เพื่อยกระดับความรุนแรง

พันธมิตร เล็งเปิดเวทีถาวรที่เอ็นบีที บช.น. เข้าสู่ภาวะปกติ

ความคืบหน้าการชุมนุมของกลุ่มพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย บริเวณสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย (เอ็นบีที)) ว่า ทางแกนนำกลุ่มพันธมิตรฯ ได้ประกาศจะใช้บริเวณแห่งนี้ เป็นเวทีปราศรัยแห่งที่ 2 ของการชุมนุม ขณะที่การจราจรบริเวณถนนวิภาวดีฯ ขาเข้ารถยนต์วิ่งได้เฉพาะเลนกลางเท่านั้น

มีรายงานว่า ทางกลุ่มพันธมิตรฯ พยายามปรับจูนคลื่นเพื่อออกอากาศ และหลังจากสถานีเอ็นบีที ส่งสัญญาณออกอากาศ จากรถถ่ายทอดสด มาจากบริเวณกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล โดยนายจิรายุ ห่วงทรัพย์ และน.ส.ตวงพร อัศววิไล ได้ ผู้ดำเนินรายการได้ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง

วานนี้ (24 ส.ค.) คอลัมนิสต์และอดีตผู้จัดทำเว็บไซต์ไฮ-ทักษิณ ที่ใช้นามปากกว่า “ประดาบ” ได้เขียนบทความเรื่อง คนรักทักษิณ…จริงหรือ? เผยแพร่ในเว็บไซต์รากหญ้าไทย thai-grassroots.com ซึ่งเชื่อกันว่าเป็นเว็บไซต์ที่ผุดขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองเจตนารมย์ของเว็บไซต์ไฮ-ทักษิณ ที่ปิดตัวไปตั้งแต่ต้นปี 2551 เนื่องจากถูกเพ่งเล็งว่ามีการโจมตี พล.อ.เปรม ติณสูลานนท์ ประธานองคมนตรีและสถาบันองคมนตรีอย่างรุนแรง

สำหรับบทความเรื่อง “คนรักทักษิณ…จริงหรือ?” นั้นมีเนื้อหาโจมตีนักการเมืองกลุ่มต่างๆ ในพรรคพลังประชาชนที่ในช่วงหลังมีการขัดผลประโยชน์จนออกมาโจมตีกันเอง ออกมาแสดงท่าทีต่อรองทางการเมืองด้วยการแฉพฤติกรรมการทุจริตของคนในพรรค รวมถึงการออกไปตั้งพรรคการเมืองใหม่ที่ชื่อ พรรคเพื่อไทยของกลุ่ม คนใกล้ชิดของ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตรด้วย โดยเนื้อหาตอนหนึ่งมีดังนี้

“… คนรักทักษิณ อย่าง ศักดา คงเพชร และ ปรีชา เร่งสมบูรณ์สุข ที่ถ่มน้ำลายใส่รัฐบาล และ พรรคพลังประชาชน จนเหม็นโฉ่ไปทั่วบ้านทั่วเมือง เพียงเพราะอกหักจากการไม่ได้เก้าอี้รัฐมนตรี มารองก้น

“คนรักทักษิณ อย่าง สุดารัตน์ เกยุราพันธุ์ และ เฉลิม อยู่บำรุง ที่อยู่เบื้องหลังการตอกลิ่มใส่พรรคพลังประชาชน จนแตกแยกเป็นหลายเสี่ยง เพียงเพราะ ผิดหวังจากการปรับคณะรัฐมนตรี ที่ไม่ได้เก้าอี้รัฐมนตรีสมดังใจ

“คนรักทักษิณ อย่าง ยงยุทธ ติยะไพรัช และ พงษ์ศักดิ์ รักตพงษ์ไพศาล ที่จุดไฟเผาพรรคพลังประชาชน เพื่อกวาดต้อนสมาชิก ไปอยู่พรรคเพื่อไทย ส่งผลให้พรรคพลังประชาชน กลายเป็นอกแตก เช่นทุกวันนี้ เพียงเพราะไม่สามารถแทรกตัวเข้าไปชี้นิ้ว มีอิทธิพลเหนือรัฐบาล ได้

“คนรักทักษิณ อย่าง สุรพงษ์ สืบวงศ์ลี และ เนวิน ชิดชอบ ที่ไม่ยอมปริปากพูด ไม่ยอมไขปริศนา "จริงคือลวง" และ "ลวงคือจริง" อะไรจริง และ อะไรลวง แต่กลับแบกรับทุกคำกล่าวหา ไม่ว่าหนักหนาสาหัสแค่ไหนไว้กับตัว จนกระทั่งความสัตย์ดูขมุกขมัว ในขณะที่ความน่ากลัวคืบคลานเข้าครอบคลุม

“จริงอยู่ การแสดงความรักที่มีต่อทักษิณ แสดงออกได้หลายแบบ

“ทุกคน ทุกชื่อที่เอ่ยถึง ต่างยืนยันว่าทำไปด้วยความรักที่มีต่อทักษิณ

“แต่..ความรักที่แท้จริง ไม่น่าจะเป็นความรักที่เป้าประสงค์เพื่อการทำลายล้าง และไม่น่าจะเป็นความรักที่ทำให้ความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันต้องขาดสะบั้น ความสัมพันธ์อันดีต้องพังทลาย กระทั่งเป้าหมายของทักษิณ ต้องสูญสลายไปด้วย …” ประดาบเขียนตัดพ้อ

นอกจากนี้ผู้ที่ใช้นามปากกาว่าประดาบยังแสดงความเห็นว่า กลุ่มการเมืองทุกกลุ่มในพรรคพลังประชาชนต้องให้ความเคารพและเชื่อฟังนายสมัคร สุนทรเวช หัวหน้าพรรคพลังประชาชน ผู้รับเป็นหัวหน้าพรรคตามคำขอร้องของ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ และรักษาพรรคเอาไว้ โดยเขาเห็นว่าไม่ว่าจะอย่างไร พรรคเพื่อไทยที่จะตั้งขึ้นใหม่ก็คงไม่มีความเป็นปึกแผ่นเท่าพรรคพลังประชาชนในปัจจุบันที่สืบทอดเจตนารมย์มาจากอดีตพรรคไทยรักไทยแน่นอน

สำหรับบทความชิ้นดังกล่าวของประดาบถือเป็นสัญญาณที่ตอกย้ำว่าขณะนี้ภายในพรรคพลังประชาชนกำลังประสบปัญหาความขัดแย้งอย่างหนักจากการแตกกันของกลุ่มการเมืองต่างๆ จนทำให้ เครือญาติที่ถือเป็น “สายตรง” ของ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณไม่ว่าจะเป็นน้องสาวและน้องเขย นางเยาวภา-นายสมชาย วงศ์สวัสดิ์ และ น้องสาวคนสุดท้อง น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร ต้องนัดกับกลุ่มการเมืองในพรรคเพื่อปรับความเข้าใจหลายครั้งในช่วงสองสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา

ประกอบกับ เหตุการณ์ที่สัปดาห์ที่แล้วในการประชุมพรรคพลังประชาชน นายสมัครได้ออกมาพูดขู่ว่าอาจจะมีการยุบสภา หาก ส.ส.ในพรรคล่ารายชื่อเพื่อกดดันตัวเขาอีกด้วย

“สมเกียรติ” แฉระบอบ “แม้ว” โกงภาษี 3.4 หมื่นล้าน - “หมัก” แหกโผเลือกเกียกกายสร้างสภา

“สมเกียรติ” ชี้ 26 ส.ค.วัน “ครม.หมัก” ตายหมู่เพราะพลังของประชาชน พร้อมเปิดโปงระบอบทักษิณหนีภาษียอกรวมกว่า 3.4 หมื่นล้าน เมื่อรวมกับคดีทุจริต 24 คดี รวมยอดโกงชาติไปกว่า 2 แสนล้าน เป็นฝันร้ายคอยหลอกหลอนคนไทย ขณะอาชญากรแผ่นดินหนีลอยนวลไปแล้ว ทิ้งซากเน่าในสรรพากรและกรมประชาฯ คอยช่วยปกป้อง เผยผลศึกษาสถานที่สร้างสภาใหม่ เคยเสนอ 5 จุด “หมัก-ปูชัย” ไม่เลือก แหกโผไปเลือกเกียกกาย เสียค่าเวนคืนอาน

เมื่อเวลาประมาณ 22.00 น.วันที่ 24 ส.ค. นายสมเกียรติ พงษ์ไพบูลย์ แกนนำพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ขึ้นเวทีปราศรัยที่สะพานมัฆวานรังสรรค์ โดยได้กล่าวถึงนายสมัคร สุนทรเวช นายกรัฐมนตรีว่าวันนี้รู้สึกท่าทางหงอยๆ ไม่ค่อยกล้าพูดถึงพันธมิตรฯ เพราะวันสุดท้ายของเขาใกล้มาถึงแล้ว วันที่ 26 ส.ค.เป็นวันที่สำคัญมาก เพราะหลังจากนั้นเราจะทำสถิติให้ได้เท่ากับสมัชชาคนจนที่ชุมนุม 99 วัน พอวันที่ 100 เราก็จะทำพิธีส่งศพคณะรัฐมนตรีหุ่นเชิดขายชาติทันที

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวต่อว่า กระนั้นก็ตาม วันที่ 17 ก.ย.นี้ ก็เป็นวันสำคัญ เพราะศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมือง จะพิพากษาคดีแรกของทักษิณ และพจมาน (คดีทุจริตการจัดซื้อที่ดินย่านรัชดาฯ) และล่าสุดมีข่าวด่วนมาว่า วันที่ 25 ก.ย.นี้ ศาลอุทธรณ์นัดนายสมัคร สุนทรเวช นายกรัฐมนตรี ฟังคำพิพากษาคดีหมิ่นประมาทนายสามารถ ราชพลสิทธิ์ อดีตรองผู้ว่าฯ กทม. ที่ศาลชั้นต้นพิพากษาจำคุก 2 ปีโดยไม่รอลงอาญา ซึ่งถ้าศาลอุทธรณ์พิพากษายืน นายสมัครจะต้องขนของกลับบ้านทันที และเข้าไปอยู่ในคุก

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวต่อว่า ตนได้เคยพูดไว้แล้วว่าเดือนกันยายนจะเป็นเดือนแห่งการสังหาร เป็นการสังหารเฉพาะสมัคร สุนทรเวช และทักษิณ แต่วันที่ 26 ส.ค.เป็นการสังหารแบบตายหมู่

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวอีกว่า วันจันทร์นี้ ตอน 2 ทุ่ม แกนนำทั้ง 5 จะขึ้นเวที และวันนั้นจะไม่นอน จะรอต้อนรับพี่น้องพันธมิตรฯ ตั้งแต่ตี 3 โดยจะขึ้นเวทีตั้งแต่ตี 3 ถึง 7 โมงเช้า จึงขอแสดงความเคารพและวิงวอนพี่น้องสละเวลาอันมีค่าของท่านมากู้ชาติ มาสถาปนาการเมืองใหม่ร่วมกัน วันนั้นจะเป็นวันประวัติศาสตร์ที่เขียนด้วยมือของประชาชนเอง

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวว่า เมื่อวานนี้มีข่าวดี กรมสรรพากรที่อธิบดีถูกไล่ออกเป็นคนแรกกรณีที่ช่วยทักษิณไม่ต้องเสียภาษี นี่มาอีกแล้วเป็นรองอธิบดีหญิง ได้ทำหนังสือขอถอนเงินจาก ธ.ไทยพาณิชย์ 1.2 หมื่นล้าน เอามาไว้ที่สรรพากร วันนี้เขาดัดจริตพูดว่า ถ้าภายใน 15 วัน ธ.ไทยพาณิชย์ ไม่เอามาไว้ที่สรรพากร เขาจะเล่นงานตามกฎหมาย

“ขั้นตอนของเขาเป็นอย่างนี้ครับ เขาจะถอนเงินจาก ธ.ไทยพาณิชย์เอามากองไว้ที่สรรพากร แล้วเขาก็จะประชุมคณะกรรมการอุทธรณ์ภาษี ถ้าคณะกรรมการอุทธรณ์บอกว่า ไม่ต้องเสีย เงิน 12,000 ล้านนั้นก็คืนให้โอ๊คและเอมไปเลย แล้วพี่น้องจะเชื่อถือคณะกรรมการของกรมสรรพกรหรือไม่ ขนาดทำแล้ว ศาลอาญายังพิพากษาจำคุกพจมานและบรรณพจน์เลย ที่บอกว่าไม่ต้องเสียภาษี แต่ศาลเห็นต่างว่าต้องเสีย ยังดีที่ฟ้ามีตา สวรรค์ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ การเอาเงินออกมาจากไทยพาณิชย์ทำไม่ทันเวลา”

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวต่อว่า ในรายงานของคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบการกระทำที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียแก่รัฐ (คตส.) นั้น ระบอบทักษิณยังค้างภาษีอยู่ 34,359 ล้านบาท ที่ยังไม่จ่าย แบ่งเป็นคดีที่ 1.คุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร และนายบรรณพจน์ ดามาพงศ์ หนีภาษีการซื้อขายหุ้น บ.ชินวัตรคอมพิวเตอร์ฯ 546 ล้านบาท ศาลพิพากษาจำคุกไปแล้วคนละ 3 ปี คดีที่ 2.นายพานทองแท้ และนางสาวพิณทองทา ชินวัตร มีภาระภาษีที่ต้องชำระ กรณีซื้อหุ้น (ชินคอร์ป) จากแอมเพิลริช 1 บาท ก่อนที่จะเอาไปขายในราคาหุ้นละ 49.25 บาท ต้องเสียภาษี 11,808 ล้านบาท นี่คือ 12,000 ล้านบาท ที่อายัดไว้ แล้วกรมสรรพากรวางแผนชั่วร้ายที่จะเอาคืนมา ภายใต้การออกแบบของรัฐมนตรีขายชาติสุนัขรับใช้ของระบอบทักษิณ

ภาษีตัวที่ 3. กรมสรรพากรยังไม่สนใจรื้อขึ้นมาเลยเพราะห่วงเอาเงินจาก ธ.ไทยพาณิชย์มาก่อน ภาษีตัวนี้คือการขายหุ้น (ชินคอร์ป) จากแอมเพิล ริช ที่ได้รับมาในราคา 1 บาท แต่ราคาขายในตลาดหุ้นละ 49.25 บาท มีภาระภาษีที่ต้องชำระ 20,923 ล้านบาท แต่กรมสรรพากรยังเฉยไม่คิดจะตามเก็บ และ ภาษีตัวที่ 4.บริษัทชินแซทเทลไลต์ จำกัด รับค่าสินไหมทดแทนกรณีนำดาวเทียมไทยคม 3 ไปซ่อมโดยไม่ส่งเงินค้ำประกันให้รัฐ มีภาษีที่ต้องชำระ 1,082 ล้านบาท เรื่องนี้ยังไม่มีการพูดถึงเลย

ทั้ง 4 กรณี ศาลเพิ่งพิพากษาคดีหนีภาษี 546 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเรื่องนี้จะโทษศาลไม่ได้ เป็นเพราะคนไม่นำเรื่องฟ้องศาลต่างหาก กรณีนี้คนที่ไม่นำฟ้องศาลคือกรมสรรพากร แล้วรองอธิบดีกรมสรรพากรที่เป็นผู้หญิงที่มีหนังสือไปที่ธนาคารก็เปลี่ยนชื่อ เมื่อก่อนเคยช่วยเหลือกันมาตลอดกับระบอบทักษิณ วันนี้กรมสรรพากรเป็นองค์กรที่ขายชาติเบื้องต้น

กรณีการขายหุ้นชินคอร์ปฯ ให้กับเทมาเส็ก พล.ต.จำลอง ศรีเมือง เคยเขียนจดหมายเปิดผนึกถึง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณให้เสียภาษี แต่จนวันนี้ก็ยังไม่เสียภาษีสักบาท เพียงแต่อายัดไว้ 12,000 ล้าน กรมสรรพากรก็คิดแผนชั่ว จะเอามาไว้ที่สรรพากรแล้วให้คณะกรรมการอุทธรณ์ภาษีมีมติว่าไม่ต้องเสียภาษี ก็คืนให้เลย ก็จบเลย

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวอีกว่า ตอนนี้คดีของ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณและระบอบทักษิณมี 24 คดี รวมภาษี 4 คดีนี้ไปด้วย รวมมูลค่าประมาณ 200,000 ล้านบาท เป็นคดีเก่าที่เป็นฝันร้ายและหลอนคนไทยตลอดมา แต่ตอนนี้ยังทำอะไรไม่ได้ หนีไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทิ้งให้ซากเน่าในกรมสรรพากร ซากเน่าในกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ช่วยกันดูแล ในขณะนี้ได้เตรียมแผนไว้ 2 แผนในสภาคือ 1.ออกกฎหมายนิรโทษกรรม โดยฝ่ายบริหารคือนายสมัคร เสนอได้เลย 2.แก้ไขรัฐธรรมนูญ ซึ่งทั้งสองเรื่องทำไม่ทัน เพราะเขาจะสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 26 สิงหาคมนี้ ตามการเป่านกหวีดครั้งสุดท้าย ของพันธมิตรฯ

นายสมเกียรติได้เล่าเรื่องการสร้างรัฐสภาใหม่ว่า พรุ่งนี้เช้าจะไปที่โรงเรียนโยธินบูรณะ ตนคงไปไม่ได้ เพราะมีนัดที่ศาลกรณี ส.ส.คนหนึ่งมาถีบ ส่วนจะมีข่าวอย่างไรหนังสือพิมพ์ทีวีคงออก

หลังจากนั้น นายสมเกียรติได้อ่านเอกสารสภาผู้แทนราษฎรที่ 3343/2548 วันที่ 7 กันยายน 2548 เรื่อง การเลือกพื้นที่ก่อสร้างรัฐสภาแห่งใหม่ เสนอต่อประธานรัฐสภา ที่คณะกรรมการซึ่งมีนายโสภณ เพชรสว่าง เป็นประธาน และกรรมการทั้งหมด 17 คน ไปศึกษา สรุปว่า มติที่ 1. การสร้างรัฐสภาควรสร้างในสถานที่ 3 แห่งดังต่อไปนี้ 1.โรงงานไทเมล่อน เท็กซ์ไทล์ อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี เนื้อที่ 616 ไร่ เป็นกรรมสิทธิของบรรษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ไทย ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด ธนาคารกรุงเทพ และ ไทธนาคาร หมายความว่าเป็นทรัพย์สินเอ็นพีแอล สามารถซื้อมาได้ในราคาถูก มีการศึกษาอย่างรอบคอบเป็นเอกสาร 100 กว่าหน้า

จุดที่ 2 เป็นที่หลวง คือ กองคลังแสง กรมสรรพาวุธทหารบก อ.ปากเกร็ด จ.นนทบุรี เนื้อที่ 260 ไร่ ตรงนี้เหมาะ เพราะไม่มีสิ่งปลูกสร้างมาก เมื่อสร้างจะราคาถูก ไม่กี่พันล้านบาท และ พื้นที่ 3 โครงการสุวรรณภูมิซิตี้ บางบ่อ สมุทรปราการ เนื้อที่ 400 ไร่ มีคนบริจาคให้ฟรี

ต่อเมื่อนายสมัครมามีอำนาจ นายสมัครจะไปสร้างที่คลองเตย อยากสร้างที่บริเวณท่าเรือคตลองเตย แต่ลุ้นอย่างไร กรรมาธิการในสภาก็ไม่เอา หลังจากนั้น มี ส.ส.กลุ่มหนึ่ง คือนายนิสิต สินธุไพร นายไพจิต ศรีวรขาน จากพรรคพลังประชาชน และนายจุรินทร์ ลักษณวิศิษฏ์ ส.ส.ประชาธิปัตย์ ไปดูที่กรมสรรพาวุธทหารบก ปากเกร็ด เมื่อเดือนที่ผ่านมา ปรากฏว่า เหมาะสมที่สุด กว้างขวาง ไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชย ไปเสนอนายชัย ชิดชอบ ตกลงเสนอ 5 ที่ แต่เวลา นายสมัครกับนายชัยเลือก กลับไม่เอาที่ 1-5 ไปเอาพื้นที่ที่ 6 ที่เกียกกาย

“แล้วเอาตรงนี้ ใช้วิธีไหน 1.เฉพาะโรงเรียนนี่ เรารื้อแล้วให้ไปพันล้าน พันล้านแล้วย้ายไปนิดหน่อย แค่ 1,700 เมตร เด็กคนเดินแล้วคงไม่ตายหรอก แค่เกือบ 2 กิโล แล้วก็ให้ที่ดินมากขึ้นอีก แล้วพวกนั้นเราก็รื้อ ก็จ่ายค่ารื้อไป จ่ายค่าเวนคืนไป งวดแรกจะจ่ายแค่ 4 พันกับ 8 ล้าน งวดที่ 2 งวดที่ 3 เราจะผูกพันงบประมาณไปเรื่อยๆ จนถึงประมาณ 2 หมื่นล้าน สภาแห่งความอัปยศก็จะเกิดขึ้นในเมืองไทย”

นายสมเกียรติ กล่าวต่อว่า แม้ พล.ต.จำลอง ศรีเมือง จะบอกว่าในการไปที่ ร.ร.โยธินบูรณะวันพรุ่งนี้ ไม่ต้องไปมาก เพื่อเก็บกำลังเอาไว้วันที่ 26 แต่ ก็ไม่ควรจะไปน้อยเกินไป น่าจะไปสัก 5 พันคน เพื่อไปให้กำลังใจลูกหลานสำหรับการปราศรัยบนเวทีในวันพรุ่งนี้ ซึ่งเป็นวันสุกดิบจะมีการตระเตรียมเป็นอย่างดี เพื่อพูดให้ละเอียด โดยตนจะพูดถึงความชั่วร้ายของระบอบทักษิณ หลังจากนั้นจะเสนอข้อเสนอว่า ถ้าประชาชนชนะ จะเอาอะไร คืนมา เช่น เอา ปตท.คืน จะเสนอเป็นชุดให้ประชาชนทราบ

“ภูวดล” จวก “ระบอบแม้ว” ทำสังคมไทยเสื่อมทุกด้าน

“ดร.ภูวดล” ชี้ระบอบทักษิณทำสังคมไทยเสื่อมทุกมิติ นักการเมืองมีแต่พวกหลอกลวง คอยหาประโยชน์จากเงินงบประมาณ ขณะ ครม.เต็มไปด้วยมหาโจรที่สร้างภาพใหม่ให้ดูดีกว่าเดิม ข้าราชการหลงติดวัตถุ คอยแต่จะรอรับสินบน ชี้รัฐสภาเป็นเหมือนบ่อนการพนันของนักการเมืองข้าราชการ

เมื่อเวลา 23.20 น.วันที่ 24 ส.ค. ศ.ดร.ภูวดล ทรงประเสริฐ อาจารย์คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ขึ้นเวทีปราศรัยของพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ที่สะพานมัฆวานรังสรรค์ กล่าวว่าถึงการชุมนุมของพันธมิตรฯ ตลอด 90 วันเต็มที่ผานมาว่า ยังไม่สามารถสาธยายความบัดซบของรัฐบาลชุดนี้ได้ทั้งหมด เพราะความบัดซบนั้นมีอยู่ทุกมิติ เริ่มตั้งแต่มิติการเมือง ที่อ้างว่าเป็นประชาธิปไตย ก็ได้มาจากการซื้อเสียง มอมเมาประชาชนผู้ยากไร้ให้เข้าไปในคูหาแค่ 4 วินาที แล้วก็ได้นักการเมืองหัวคะแนนรวมหันกันเป็นเสียงส่วนใหญ่ในสภา คนเหล่านี้ไม่ควรจะได้เข้าไปประชุมในสถานที่ที่อยู่ใกล้พระที่นั่ง คนพวกนี้น่าจะไปประชุมกันอยู่ในส้วมด้วยซ้ำ เพราะไม่มีราคาอะไรเลย

เมื่อมาดูที่ ครม.ก็เป็นพวกมหาโจรจอมโกงในอดีตที่เปลี่ยนภาพลักษณ์ใหม่ ทำตัวเป็นเจ๊กผู้ดีขึ้นมา ในขณะที่กำพืดก็ยังเป้นพวกที่กินไม่เช็ดปาก ส่วนนักการเมืองพันธุ์ลาวข้าวเหนียวก็ตัวเป้นสัปเหร่อหากินกับโครงการต่างๆ อย่างไม่ละอาย ทั้งๆ ที่ภูมิหลังมาจากนักฉวยโอกาส นักตีกินตามระบบทักษิณเท่านั้น ระบอบทักษิณได้สร้างวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองชั่วเอาไว้ว่า ถ้ากินเป็นโกงเป็น หลอกลวงประชาชนเป็นก็สามารถใส่สูทเข้าสภาได้

ข้าราชการต่างๆ 10 ปีที่ผ่านมาหลงมูมมาม มัวเมากับวัตถุ ชีวิตของเขาอยู่ได้ด้วยวัตถุ 10 ปีก่อน กินเบียร์ยังไม่เป้นเลย วันนี้ข้าราชการบัดซบทั่วไทย กินไวน์เหมือนกินน้ำ สิ้นปีก็รอให้คนที่จะให้สินบนเอาไวน์มาให้ ทั้งที่เขาหลอกเอาไวน์ถูกๆ มาให้

ดร.ภูวดล ยังกล่าวด้วยว่า การผลักดันให้มีการสร้างรัฐสภาห่งใหม่นั้น เปรียบเสมือนเป็นการสร้างบ่อนการพนันที่มีนักการเข้ามาหาผลประโยชน์กัน โดยรัฐสภาในปัจจุบันนี้ มีบุคลที่สวมเสื้อนอกเป็นนักการเมืองและข้าราชการ เข้าไปรอรับงบประมาณ เพื่อไปดำเนินการในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจและหาผลประโยชน์ให้แก่ตนเอง

ทั้งนี้ ดร.ภูวดล กล่าวตอ่ว่า ถือเป็นเรื่องที่เลวร้ายในช่วง 7-8 ปีที่ผ่านมาที่มีระบอบทักษิณเข้าไปกัดกร่อนบ้านเมืองอย่างรุนแรง จนส่งผลให้ระบอบการปกครองต่างๆ ในบ้านเมืองเสียหาย เช่น สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติที่ไม่เข้าไปจัดการเรื่องการหมิ่นพระบรมเดชานุภาพ ที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่ และส่งผลต่อการทำลายวัฒนธรรมของประเทศ

นอกจากนี้ยังกล่าวทิ้งทายว่า สังคมในปัจจุบันนี้ต้องสอนลูกหลานให้รู้จักเรื่องที่ถูกและเรื่องที่ผิด รวมทั้งต้องสอนเยาวชนให้ก้าวหน้า ขณะเดียวกันจะต้องไม่มีอาจารย์ที่คอยรับผลประโยชน์จากการกวดวิชาให้แก่นักเรียน ที่ปัจจุบันมีอยู่อย่างมากมาย

เมื่อเวลาประมาณ 20.30 น.นายพิภพ ธงไชย แกนนำพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ได้ขึ้นเวทีปราศรัยที่สะพานมัฆวานรังสรรค์ พร้อมประกาศพันธมิตรฯ ฉบับที่ 9/2551 ดังนี้

เร่งรับสนองกระแสพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว

ตามที่ พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ได้ทรงมีกระแสพระราชดำรัสกับคณะผู้ว่าการธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย เมื่อวันที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2551 เป็นใจความว่า

“ขอให้ท่านทั้งหลายบริหารเงินไม่ให้หมด เพื่อให้ประเทศชาติมีเงินใช้ ขอขอบคุณที่มีความตั้งใจบริหารเงินของชาติไม่ให้หมดไป ให้มีใช้”

“ขอบใจที่เหน็ดเหนื่อยเรื่องการเงิน ซึ่งเป็นงานหนัก และสามารถปฏิบัติงานด้านการเงินเป็นที่เรียบร้อยไม่ให้บ้านเมืองล่มจม แม้ตอนนี้ใกล้ล่มจมแล้ว ซึ่งอาจใช้เงินไม่ระวัง เพราะใช้เงินไม่ระวัง”

“เรารู้ว่าท่านเหน็ดเหนื่อย ลำบากใจ นอกจากเหน็ดเหนื่อยแล้วยังถูกหาว่าทำไม่ได้ดี ทำไม่ถูกต้อง ขอบใจทุกคนที่มาในวันนี้ และยังทำงานอย่างเข้มแข็ง เพื่อให้บ้านเมืองมีเงินใช้ ใครที่บริหารการคลังควรรู้ว่าเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญของชาติบ้านเมือง”

กระแสพระราชดำรัสดังได้อัญเชิญมาข้างต้นนี้มีความชัดเจน และถูกตรงกับสถานการณ์บ้านเมืองที่กำลังมีการใช้จ่ายเงินเกินตัว มีการใช้จ่ายเงินโดยไม่ระวัง ไม่คำนึงถึงการบริหารการคลังที่สำคัญที่สุด มีลักษณะตั้งโครงการผลาญชาติผลาญแผ่นดิน ทำให้เงินแผ่นดินหมดสิ้นไปโดยไม่จำเป็นหรือไร้ประโยชน์ เพียงเพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์ส่วนตัวและพวกพ้อง แล้วเอาไปซื้อเสียง ซื้อผู้แทนราษฎร ก่อวงจรอุบาทว์อย่างไม่ขาดสายขึ้นในบ้านเมือง

ในฐานะตัวแทนประชาชนผู้รักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ พันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตยขอกราบแทบเบื้องพระยุคลบาทด้วยความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นล้นพ้นที่ทรงทราบทุกข์เข็ญของบ้านเมืองอย่างละเอียดถี่ถ้วน และทรงพระราชทานแนวทางที่จะป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางและหลักปฏิบัติของคนทั้งปวงในแผ่นดิน ซึ่งประชาชนผู้จงรักภักดีต่อชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ทุกชีวิต ขอน้อมรับกระแสพระราชดำรัสนี้เทิดไว้เหนือเกล้า และจะปฏิบัติอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกันทั่วทั้งประเทศ เพื่อให้เกิดสัมฤทธิผลขึ้นดังพระราชดำรัสทุกประการ

เพื่อการนี้ จึงเรียกร้องให้รัฐบาลและรัฐสภาเร่งสนองกระแสพระราชดำรัสดังกล่าวอย่างเคร่งครัด อย่างเต็มกำลัง และโดยเร็วที่สุด เพื่อการนี้ เราเรียกร้องดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 1.ให้หยุดโครงการประชานิยมที่ล้างผลาญงบประมาณเพื่อหาเสียงทางการเมืองทั้งหมดในทันที และคิดอ่านโครงการใหม่ที่ทำให้คนไทยมีงานทำ มีรายได้อย่างยั่งยืนทดแทน

ข้อ 2.ให้ระงับโครงการก่อสร้างรัฐสภาแห่งใหม่ที่ต้องใช้เงินงบประมาณถึง 30,000 ล้านบาท โดยไม่จำเป็นและไม่เหมาะสมในทันที

ข้อ 3.ให้ยกเลิกโครงการเช่ารถบัสใช้ก๊าซเอ็นจีวี จำนวน 6,000 คัน ของ ขสมก.ซึ่งใช้เงินงบประมาณถึง 110,000 ล้านบาททันที และถ้าจำเป็นก็ให้เปลี่ยนวิธีเป็นซื้อในราคาคันละประมาณไม่เกิน 4 ล้านบาท และใช้เงินเพียง 24,000 ล้านบาทเท่านั้น ซึ่งจะเป็นการป้องกันการปล้นชาติขนาดใหญ่อย่างได้ผลอีกด้วย และประหยัดเงินงบประมาณถึง 86,000 ล้านบาท

ข้อ 4.ให้ยกเลิกโครงการผันน้ำจากเขื่อนน้ำงึมของลาว ลอดใต้แม่น้ำโขงเข้าสู่ภาคอีสาน ซึ่งต้องใช้เงินงบประมาณถึง 120,000 ล้านบาท เพราะประเทศไทยไม่ได้ขาดแคลนน้ำ ทั้งจะทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมใหญ่ในภาคอีสาน ภาคกลาง และกรุงเทพมหานคร เพิ่มขึ้นอีก หากจำเป็นก็ให้ขุดลอกแหล่งน้ำธรรมชาติและสายน้ำธรรมชาติ ทั้งภาคอีสาน ภาคกลาง และกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งใช้งบประมาณไม่เกิน 30,000 ล้านบาทเท่านั้น ก็จะแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำได้ทั้งปี และประหยัดเงินแผ่นดินได้ถึง 90,000 ล้านบาท

ข้อ 5.ให้ยกเลิกโครงการทางหลวงพิเศษทั้งหมดที่ต้องใช้เงินงบประมาณถึง 170,000 ล้านบาท และเปลี่ยนใช้รถไฟรางคู่แทน ทั้งสายใต้ สายอีสาน และสายรอบเมืองอย่างเป็นขั้นตอน ก็จะประหยัดเงินงบประมาณได้กว่า 100,000 ล้านบาท และยังประหยัดพลังงานในอนาคตและลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านขนส่งอย่างมหาศาล

ข้อ 6.ให้ยุติการขยายสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิเฟสที่สองที่ต้องใช้เงินประมาณ 70,000 ล้านบาท และให้ปรับปรุงสนามบินดอนเมืองใช้แทน ซึ่งใช้งบประมาณไม่เกิน 20,000 ล้านบาท

ข้อ 7.ให้จัดการประมูลรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปโดยโปร่งใส และเป็นสากล ยุติการล็อคสเป็คงานและสเป็คผู้รับเหมา ยุติการฉ้อฉลปล้นชาติขนาดใหญ่ในโครงการนี้ในทันที

ข้อ 8.ให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลการทำโครงการที่ใช้เงินงบประมาณเกิน 5,000 ล้านบาทต่อสาธารณะอย่างกว้างขวาง ให้ควบคุมตรวจสอบความจำเป็นใหม่และให้ควบคุมตรวจสอบการประมูลให้เป็นไปโดยโปร่งใส เป็นธรรม และเป็นสากล

ข้อ 9.ให้ยกเลิกโครงการและงบประมาณตามร่างกฎหมายงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการที่ไม่จำเป็น หรือที่ไม่สุจริต หรือที่เป็นไปเพื่อหาเสียงทางการเมือง รวมทั้งยกเลิกงบ ส.ส.คนละ 60 ล้านบาทในทันที

ขอให้พี่น้องประชาชนชาวไทยทั้งประเทศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นข้าราชการ ทหาร ตำรวจ พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ และประชาชน ได้ร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันสนองกระแสพระราชดำรัสนี้ให้เป็นผลสำเร็จเพื่อไม่ให้ชาติล่มจมตามที่ทรงแนะนำไว้ โดยเฉพาะข้าราชการ ขอให้มีความกล้าหาญ มีความเด็ดเดี่ยว มีความสัตย์สุจริตและยืนหยัดปฏิบัติตามกระแสพระราชดำรัสอย่างเต็มกำลังต่อไป

แฉ “แม้ว” ผวา พปช.แตก! ต่อสายตรงโอด “ยอมกลืนเลือด” สยบปัญหา

แฉ “แม้ว” ผวา พปช.แตก ออกโรงหย่าศึกภายในด้วยตัวเอง หลัง ส.ส.ขู่ล่าชื่อไล่เฉ่ง "หมัก" ด้าน “ไพจิต” ยอมรับ “นายใหญ่” ต่อสายตรงหวังสยบปัญหาทุกๆ กลุ่ม ด้าน “กรุง” แย้ม “อดีตนายกฯ” โทรให้กำลังใจ ย้ำสบายดีไม่ต้องเป็นห่วง ส่วน “เนวิน” เตรียมแจ้นบินเคลียร์ถึงอังกฤษเร็วๆ นี้

วานนี้ (20 ส.ค.) รายงานข่าวแจ้งว่า สำหรับเบื้องหลังของการสยบปัญหาภายในพรรคพลังประชาชนนั้น ในซีกของ ส.ส.กลุ่มภาคเหนือ ยอมรับว่าเมื่อคืนวันที่ 18 ส.ค.ที่ผ่านมาได้มี ส.ส.ภาคเหนือส่วนหนึ่งหารือกันโดย พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ได้โทรศัพท์มาหา ส.ส.ในกลุ่มเพื่อพูดคุยถึงปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งนี้ได้เปิดสปีกเกอร์โฟนให้ทุกคนที่อยู่ได้พูดคุยด้วย โดย พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ได้ย้ำว่า ทราบความเคลื่อนไหวในการเข้าชื่อของ ส.ส.เพื่อยื่นจดหมายเปิดผนึกถึงนายสมัคร สุนทรเวช นายกรัฐมนตรี ในฐานะหัวหน้าพรรค กรณีปล่อยให้ สตช.เผยแพร่หมายจับออกไปทั่วประเทศแล้ว

นอกจากนี้ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ยังได้บอกอีกว่า ที่ผ่านมาก็โดนมาเยอะ กลืนเลือดก็ต้องกลืน ทั้งปัญหาในภายในและนอกพรรค ไม่คิดว่าจะถูกกระทำอย่างนี้ ทั้งๆ ที่ตอนหาเสียงและจนทุกวันนี้ใช้ชื่อตนไปหาเสียง และยังให้กำลังใจทุกคนในการทำงาน เพราะขณะนี้อยู่ในที่ปลอดภัยดีแล้ว อีกทั้ง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ยอมรับว่าทราบข้อมูลความเคลื่อนไหวแก๊งออฟโฟร์แล้ว

ด้าน ส.ส.ภาคเหนือ ได้แจ้งให้ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ทราบว่า มี ส.ส.หลายคนกำลังเช็กเวลาเพื่อจะเดินทางบินไปเยี่ยมที่ประเทศอังกฤษด้วย โดยมีประมาณ 7-8 คน ซึ่งเตรียมที่จะบินไปช่วงกลางเดือน ก.ย.นี้ หลังพิจารณาร่าง พ.ร.บ.งบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2552 เสร็จสิ้น

ขณะที่ นายไพจิต ศรีวรขาน ส.ส.นครพนม พรรคพลังประชาชน แกนนำกลุ่มอีสานพัฒนา กล่าวว่า การที่นายสมัครได้มาพูดในที่ประชุมพรรค ถือเป็นการพูดตามสไตล์ และเป็นแบบฉบับในการบริหาร ซึ่งเมื่อมีเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้น ในทางการเมืองก็ต้องช่วยกันประคับประคองกันไป เพราะการทำงานการเมืองจะให้ถูกใจทุกคนทั้งหมดคงไม่ได้ ก็มีขัดใจกันบ้าง บางทีก็ต้องพยายามอดทน

เมื่อถามถึง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ได้มีส่วนแนะนำการยุติปัญหาภายในบ้างหรือไม่ นายไพจิต กล่าวว่า ท่านได้ส่งสัญญาณผ่าน ส.ส.บางคน ขอให้ช่วยรักษาพรรค ช่วยกันทำภาระทางการเมือง และขอให้มีน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกัน ส่วนกระแสข่าวที่ว่า พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณได้โทรศัพท์มาพูดคุยกับ ส.ส.กลุ่มภาคเหนือ เป็นความจริงหรือไม่นั้น นายไพจิต กล่าวยอมรับว่า ท่านก็โทรคุยกับทุกกลุ่ม ทำให้ทุกอย่างจบลงด้วยดี ท่านต้องการให้เกิดความนิ่งให้รัฐบาลบริหารไปได้ หากปล่อยให้เกิดมีเหตุการณ์อย่างนี้ ก็มีปัญหาไม่จบสิ้น ส่วนความคืบหน้าในการตรวจสอบยื่นเรื่องแก๊งออฟโฟร์ให้ ป.ป.ช.นั้น จากที่ได้ฟังการพูดในที่ประชุมแล้ว ทางกลุ่มยังไม่ได้หารือ เพราะต้องขอดูสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองก่อน แต่ยังติดตามตรวจสอบการทำงานต่อไป

ด้าน นายนที สุทินเผือก หรือกรุง ศรีวิไล ส.ส.สมุทรปราการ พรรคพลังประชาชน กลุ่มภาคกลาง ยอมรับว่า พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ได้โทรศัพท์มาพูดคุยกับ ส.ส.ในกลุ่มเมื่อคืนวันที่ 18 ส.ค.ที่ผ่าน โดยให้กำลังใจ และให้ร่วมกันทำงานเพื่อบ้านเมืองต่อไป พร้อมทั้งขอให้อดทนไว้ และย้ำว่า ไม่ต้องเป็นห่วง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ยังสบายดี

รายงานข่าวแจ้งเพิ่มเติมว่า ภายหลังจากเกิดปัญหาขัดแย้งภายในพรรคพลังประชาชน และความไม่เข้าใจกันของ ส.ส.ตลอดช่วงที่ผ่านมา ทั้งการออกมาแฉกลุ่มแก๊งค์ออฟโฟร์ ที่มีคนใกล้ชิดนายสมัคร และนายเนวิน ชิดชอบ อดีตกรรมการบริหารพรรคไทยรักไทย ซึ่งมีผลกระทบไปถึง พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ เพราะที่กลุ่มที่ตกเป็นข่าวดังกล่าว เหมือนเตรียมระดมทุนเพื่อไปจัดตั้งพรรคการเมืองใหม่ในอนาคต พร้อมได้ทราบความเคลื่อนไหมมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ล่าสุดคนใกล้ชิดในกลุ่มเพื่อนเนวินแจ้งว่า ในช่วงวันสองวันนี้ นายเนวินได้เตรียมบินไปพบ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ที่ประเทศอังกฤษ เพื่อเคลียร์ปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น

“หมัก” อุ้ม “แม้ว” ลั่นไม่มีนโยบายถอนพาสปอร์ตแดง

นายกฯ อุ้ม “แม้ว” ชัด อ้างยังไม่พบเจ้ากระทรวงบัวแก้วประกาศ ลั่นไม่มีนโยบายถอนพาสปอร์ต เคืองสื่อใช้สายตาข่มขู่ หลังถูกซักเรื่องจะเข้าไต่สวนศาล รธน.หรือไม่ กรณีจัดรายการชิมไปบ่นไป

วันนี้ (22 ส.ค.) นายสมัคร สุนทรเวช นายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม ฐานะหัวหน้าพรรคพลังประชาชน เดินทางมายังที่ทำการพรรคพลังประชาชน อาคารไอเอฟซีที ถนนเพชรบุรี เพื่อบันทึกเทปชี้แจงผลการดำเนินงานของพรรคการเมือง ความยาวประมาณ 20 นาที ที่ต้องเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง (กกต.) และจะออกอากาศภายในเดือนตุลาคมนี้

ภายหลังการบันทึกเทปผู้สื่อข่าวถามถึงการยกเลิกพาสปอร์ตแดงของ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ที่นายเตช บุนนาค รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ให้นายกฯ ตัดสินใจ นายสมัคร กล่าวว่า ยังไม่ได้พบกันก็เลยยังไม่มีนโยบาย

เมื่อถามถึงกรณีที่ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญนัดนายสมัครเข้าไต่สวนจากการจัดรายการชิมไปบ่นไป ซึ่งอาจเข้าข่ายขัดรัฐธรรมนูญ ในวันที่ 8 กันยายนว่าจะไปให้ปากคำด้วยตัวเองหรือไม่ แต่นายสมัครปฏิเสธที่จะตอบคำถาม โดยถอนหายใจพร้อมหันมาทางกลุ่มผู้สื่อข่าวด้วยสายตาขุ่นเคือง ก่อนก้าวขึ้นรถและเดินทางออกจากทำการ พปช.ไปอย่างรวดเร็ว

วันนี้ (21 ส.ค.) นายสุวัตร อภัยภักดิ์ ทนายความพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ได้กล่าวย้ำถึงข้อฎหมายกรณีที่มีทนายความของ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีไปแจ้งความดำเนินคดีกับแกนนำพันธมิตรฯ กล่าวหาว่า ติดตั้งคัตเอาต์บิดเบือนหมายจับเข้าข่ายลักษณะปลอมแปลงเอกสารทางราชการ โดย นายสุวัตร ยืนยันพันธมิตรฯไม่ได้ทำผิดกฎหมาย และชี้ให้เห็นว่าการนำเรื่องนี้ไปแจ้งความถือว่าไม่มีอะไรจะสู้แล้ว

นายสุวัตร กล่าวว่า หมายจับ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ และคุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร นั้น มีอยู่จริงและออกโดยศาล ซึ่งพันธมิตรฯก็มีหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือราชการ นำมาขยายให้ใหญ่ขึ้น ขณะเดียวกันหมายจับเหล่านี้ก็ได้เผยแพร่ไปทั่วโลกแล้ว

นายสุวัตร ย้ำว่า การกล่าวหาว่า พันธมิตรฯมีความผิดฐานปลอมแปลงเอกสารนั้น ต้องดูที่เจตนา และยกตัวอย่างการปลอมแปลง เช่น กรณีการพิมพ์แบงก์ปลอม ก็ทำขนาดและลักษณะเหมือนกันทุกอย่าง แต่กรณีนี้หมายจับมีจริง แต่มีขนาดเล็กเท่ากระดาษเอ 4 แต่เราต้องการช่วยเหลือราชการจึงนำมาขยายใหญ่ขึ้น ซึ่งตำรวจก็เคยทำแบบนี้ แม้ว่าอาจจะไม่ใหญ่แบบนี้ แต่ก็เคยทำในลักษณะเดียวกัน

ขณะเดียวกัน นายสุวัตร ตั้งข้อสังเกตว่า ตอนนี้ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ และคุณหญิงพจมาน หลบหนี อยู่ต่างประเทศ ดังนั้น การที่ทนายความอ้างว่าได้รับมอบอำนาจนั้นแสดงว่ามีการติดต่อกันถือว่าปิดบังซ่อนเร้นผู้ต้องหาหรือไม่

นายสุวัตร ได้กล่าวไปถึงพันธมิตรฯทั่วประเทศ ว่า การปิดหมายจับ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ และคุณหญิงพจมาน ไม่มีความผิด ขณะเดียวกัน ถ้ามีการจับกุมตัวได่น่าจะมีรางวัลนำจับด้วย

ทักษิณ"ร่อนแถลงขอลี้ภัยลอนดอน!

โอดอยู่ไทยไม่ปลอดภัย แถมกระบวนการยุติธรรมไทยถูกแทรกแซง หวั่นไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรม รับไม่ใช่คนดีแต่ไม่ใช่คนเลว ลั่นหากมีวาสนาจะกลับมาตายบนแผ่นดินไทย
วันนี้ (11 ส.ค.) เมื่อเวลา 11.50 น. สถานีโทรทัศน์ เอ็นบีที เป็นโทรทัศน์ช่องแรกที่อ่านแถลงการณ์ของ พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งเขียนด้วยลายมือเนื้อความระบุว่า
"ก่อนอื่น กระผมต้องกราบขอประทานอภัยต่อคณะผู้พิพากษาที่ดินรัชดาฯ รวมถึงพี่น้องประชาชนผู้สนับสนุนผมทุกท่าน ที่ผมและภรรยาได้เดินทางไปยังประเทศอังกฤษ ซึ่งเป็นประเทศที่ยึดหลักการประชาธิปไตยเหนือสิ่งอื่นใด และไม่ได้ไปรายงานตัวต่อศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นกับผมและครอบครัว พร้อมกับบุคคลผู้ใกล้ชิด เป็นผลพวงต่อเนื่องมาจากความต้องการขจัดผมออกจากการเมือง ด้วยความพยายามลอบสังหาร นอกจากนี้ ยังตามมาด้วยการปฏิวัติรัฐประหาร แต่งตั้งคณะบุคคลที่เป็นปฏิปักษ์มาดำเนินคดีเฉพาะตัวผมและครอบครัว
ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญที่สืบทอดอำนาจเผด็จการ แต่งตั้งบุคคลที่สนับสนุนการปฏิวัติรัฐประหาร ทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม เข้าไปเป็นกรรมการในองค์กรต่างๆ เพื่อดำเนินการกับผมเมื่อมีการเลือกตั้งในวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2550 ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ยังคงเลือกพรรคพลังประชาชน ที่ผู้สมัครส่วนมากมาจากพรรคไทยรักไทยเดิม ให้กลับคืนมาทำหน้าที่แทนของพวกเขา ผมคิดว่าเหตุการณ์คงจะดีขึ้น ผมคงมีโอกาสได้กลับไปพิสูจน์ความบริสุทธิ์ และได้รับความเป็นธรรม จึงได้เดินทางกลับมาประเทศไทยเมื่อวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2551 แต่เหตุการณ์กลับยิ่งเลวร้ายลง เพราะสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นกับตัวผมและครอบครัวเป็นเสมือนผลไม้ ที่เกิดจากต้นไม้ที่เป็นพิษ ผลของมันก็ย่อมเป็นพิษตามไปด้วย นั่นก็คือยังคงมีการสืบทอดระบอบเผด็จการในการจัดการการเมืองไทยในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ตามมาด้วยการแทรกแซงกระบวนการยุติธรรม โดยเอาผลลัพธ์ที่อยากจะได้เป็นตัวตั้ง เพื่อจัดการกับผมและครอบครัว ซึ่งบุคคลกลุ่มนี้ถือว่าเป็นศัตรูทางการเมือง โดยไม่คำนึงถึงระบบกฎหมาย ระบบข้อเท็จจริง และการสอบสวนดำเนินคดีตามหลักนิติธรรมสากล ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกฎหมายว่าด้วยพยานหลักฐาน การบังคับใช้กฎหมายที่เป็นผลย้อนหลัง ไม่ยอมใช้หลักนิติธรรม และหลักนิติรัฐ ผมและครอบครัวได้ถูกดำเนินการอย่างไม่เป็นธรรมเช่นนี้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
การแทรกแซงกระบวนการยุติธรรม และการใช้ระบบ 2 มาตรฐานที่เห็นได้อย่างชัดเจน ทำให้ผมและครอบครัว พร้อมด้วยผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรม แต่ยังเทียบไม่ได้กับการที่ระบบยุติธรรมของประเทศ และองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่มีเกียรติ มีความน่าเชื่อถือ สั่งสมมาเป็นเวลานานต้องเสื่อมลง เพราะถูกนำมาใช้ทางการเมืองจนขาดความเป็นกลาง ซึ่งเป็นผลเสียหายต่อประเทศอย่างใหญ่หลวง
นอกจากนี้ ผมได้รับข่าวสารตลอดว่า ชีวิตของกระผมไม่ปลอดภัยในการเดินทางไปไหนมาไหน จึงต้องใช้รถกันกระสุน นี่คือผลที่ได้รับจากการเข้ามาทำงานรับใช้ประเทศ ราชบัลลังก์ และประชาชน ด้วยความทุ่มเททำงานอย่างหนักมาตลอด เกือบ 6 ปีที่ทำหน้าที่นายกรัฐมนตรี ผมจึงต้องขออภัยอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ที่ต้องตัดสินใจมาอยู่ที่ประเทศอังกฤษ และขอยืนยันว่า ข้อที่ 1 ผมและครอบครัว มีความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ และราชวงศ์ทุกพระองค์ อย่างหาที่สุดมิได้ แม้ว่าจะมีผู้จงใจใส่ร้ายมาโดยตลอด ข้อที่ 2 ถึงแม้ผมไม่ใช่คนดีสมบูรณ์แบบ แต่ผมขอยืนยันว่า ผมไม่ได้เลวอย่างที่ถูกกล่าวหา เมื่อถึงเวลาที่เหมาะสม ผมจะแถลงความจริงในทุกท่านทราบ วันนี้ยังไม่ใช่วันของผม ขอให้ผู้สนับสนุนอดทนอีกนิดหนึ่งครับ ข้อที่ 3 หากผมยังมีวาสนา ผมจะขอกลับมาตายบนผืนแผ่นดินไทย เฉกเช่นคนไทยทุกๆ คน ด้วยความเคารพรักพ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร"

วันนี้ วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2551 เป็นวันที่มีการเคลื่อนไหวทางการเมือง

ด้านเขาพระวิหารและความคืบหน้าทางด้านการเมืองไทย

เริ่มต้นที่เขาพระวิหาร วันนี้วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2551 ทางด้านเขาพระวิหาร จอมขวังเวทย์จากเขมรและหมอผีชาวเขมรจำนวนมากรวมพลกัน เพื่อทำพิธี กดดวงเมืองไทย เพื่อให้ผู้ที่เป็นตัวแทนของไทยที่จะเข้าเจรจรกับผู้นำของทางกัมพูชา ให้มีความอ่อนน้อม และคล้อยตาม ทางกัมพูชา นั้น ดูเหมือนจะไม่มีผล ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ แต่มองในทางด้านจิตใจนั้น การเคลื่อนไหวครั้งนี้เป็นการกระทำที่มีผลทางจิตรวิทยาต่อชาวไทยอย่างยิ่ง เพระจำให้ชาวบ้านที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงกับ

เขาพระวิหารจิตใจหดหู่อย่างยิ่ง ถือเป็นการกระทำที่บั่นทอนกำลังใจของพี่น้องชาวใทย แต่ในทางด้านการทหารแล้ว วันนี้ พล.อ.อนุพงษ์ เผ่าจินดา ผู้บัญชาการทหารบก จะออกมาให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า พร้อมที่ลดจำนวนทหารบริเวณเขาพระวิหาร เพื่อลดความกดดัน และ สร้างความมั่นใจให้กับพี่น้องชาวไทยที่อยู่ในบริเวณนั้น เพราะ จากการลงพื้นที่แล้ว ไม่มีอะไรน่ากังวล ถือเป็นนิมิตรหมายอันดี ในการลดจำนวนทหาร ชาวบ้านในบริเวณนั้น ก็ คงจะใจชื้นขึ้นมาบ้าง

แต่ต่อจากนี้ไป ต้องติดตามการเจรจาเรื่องนี้อย่างใกล้ชิด เพราะหลังการเจรจาก็จะสามารถบ่งชี้ได้ว่า กรณีพิพาท เขาพระวิหาร จะเป็นไปในทิศทางได

ส่วนอีกประเด็นร้อนประจำสัปดาห์คงหนีไม่พ้น ประเด็นกรณี คุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร ที่ศาลตัดสินในคดีร่วมกันจงใจหลีกเลี่ยงการชำระภาษีอากรหุ้นบริษัท ชินวัตรคอมพิวเตอร์ แอนด์ คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 546 ล้านบาทจากหุ้นจำนวน 4.5 ล้านหุ้น ซึ่งมีหุ้นมูลค่า 738 ล้านบาท โดยความเท็จ โดยฉ้อโกง โดยใช้กลอุบาย ซึ่งมีผลให้คุณหญิง พจมาน ชินวัตร ต้องจำคุก 3 ปี ไม่รอลงอาญา จากผลการตัดสินครั้งนี้ ทำให้กลุ่มพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อนประชิปไตย พอใจเป็นอย่างมาก โดยดูจากทั้งการปราศรัยของ ทั้ง นายสมเกีรติ พงไพบูรณ์ และแกนนำคนอื่นๆ

และหลังจากที่ศาลตัดสินแล้ว พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ชินวัตร ก็ได้เดินทางออกนอกประเทศ ซึ่งถือว่าการตัดสินคดีในครั้งนี้สร้างความเสียหายต่อด้าน พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ชินวัตร เป็นอย่างมาก เพราะคุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร ผู้เป็นภรรยาต้องติดคุกถึง 3 ปีด้วยกัน

และนอกจากนี้ยังชี้ให้เห็นว่า กระบวนการทางกฎหมายได้ดำเนินไปและทำให้กลุ่มของพ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ชินวัตร ถูกลงโทษมากขึ้น

จากนี้ต่อไปคงต้องติดตามอย่างใกล้ชิดทั้งทางด้ารกนณ๊ขีอพิพาทเขาพระวิหาร และการเคลื่อนไหวของพ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร และ นอกจากนี้ ยังลืมเรื่องการแก้รัฐธรรมนูญหรือไม่ และทิศทาง การเมืองไทย จะดำเนินไปในรูปแบบได โปรดติดตามตอนต่อไป

คำพิพากษา กรณี คุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร และ พวก

ความยุติธรรมมีจริง ศาลพิพากษาลงโทษจำคุก “พจมาน-บรรณพจน์” คนละ 3 ปี เลขาฯ จำคุก 2 ปี คำพิพากษาชี้ชัดทำผิดสถานหนัก ร้ายแรง เป็นภริยาผู้นำประเทศแต่กลับจงใจหลีกเลี่ยงภาษี

วันนี้ (31 ก.ค.) ที่ศาลอาญา องค์คณะผู้พิพากษาออกนั่งบัลลังก์ อ่านคำพิพากษา ในคดีที่อัยการสูงสุด เป็นโจทก์ยื่นฟ้อง นายบรรณพจน์ ดามาพงศ์ อดีตประธานกรรมการบริหารชินคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) พี่ชายบุญธรรมคุณหญิงพจมาน, คุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร ภริยา พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี และนางกาญจนาภา หงษ์เหิน เลขานุการส่วนตัวคุณหญิงพจมานเป็นจำเลยที่ 1-3 ในความผิดฐาน ร่วมกันจงใจหลีกเลี่ยงการชำระภาษีอากรหุ้นบริษัท ชินวัตรคอมพิวเตอร์ แอนด์ คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 546 ล้านบาทจากหุ้นจำนวน 4.5 ล้านหุ้น ซึ่งมีหุ้นมูลค่า 738 ล้านบาท โดยความเท็จ โดยฉ้อโกง โดยใช้กลอุบาย อันเป็นความผิดตามประมวลรัษฎากร มาตรา 37 (1) (2) และประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 83 และ 91

โดยองค์คณะผู้พิพากษาเริ่มอ่านคำพิพากษาเวลา 09.10 น.โดยมี พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร และบุตรชาย บุตรสาว ร่วมให้กำลังใจภริยาและแม่ ท่ามกลางการร่วมลุ้นของกลุ่มผู้สนับสนุน ที่อยู่ภายในห้องพิจารณาคดีจนเต็มห้อง

ต่อมาเวลา 10.40 น. ศาลพิพากษาว่า จากการพิเคราะห์พยานหลักฐานนำสืบทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายแล้ว พยานโจทก์มั่นคง จำเลยไม่สามารถนำสืบหักล้างได้ จึงฟังได้ว่าจำเลยทั้ง 3 ร่วมกันกระทำความผิดโดยฉ้อโกง หรีออุบาย เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยง ภาษีอากร ตามฟ้อง นอกจากนี้ จำเลยที่ 1 และ 2 ยังร่วมกันแจ้งความเท็จ และแสดงหลักฐานเท็จต่อเจ้าพนักงานเพื่อเป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงภาษี โดยจำเลยที่ 2 เป็นผู้มีชื่อเสียงทั้งทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม อีกทั้งจำเลยที่ 2 ยังเป็นถึงภริยาของผู้นำประเทศ ควรทำตัวให้เป็นตัวอย่างที่ดี แต่จำเลยกลับหลีกเลี่ยงภาษี ซึ่งเป็นการฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายโดยไม่เป็นธรรมต่อสังคม

การกระทำของจำเลยทั้ง 3 จึงเป็นการกระทำความผิดสถานหนัก ร้ายแรง พิพากษาให้ลงโทษจำเลยทั้ง 3 ร่วมกันหลีกเลี่ยงภาษีอากรคนละ 2 ปี และให้จำคุกจำเลยที่ 1 และ 2 ฐานร่วมกันจงใจแจ้งความเท็จ และแสดงหลักฐานอันเป็นเท็จอีกคนละ 1 คน รวมจำคุกจำเลยที่ 1 และ 2 คนละ 3 ปี ส่วนจำเลยที่ 3 จำคุก 2 ปี

ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า หลังศาลตัดสินให้ลงโทษจำคุก จำเลยที่ 1 และ 2 คนละ 3 ปี และจำเลยที่ 3 จำคุก 2 ปี โดยทุกคนสีหน้าเครียดตลอดเวลา และบรรดานักการเมืองจากพรรคพลังประชาชนหลายคนได้เดินเข้าไปยกมือไหว้ทักทายคุณหญิงพจมาน เช่น ร.ต.อ.เฉลิม อยู่บำรุง รมว.มหาดไทย จากนั้น พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ พร้อมบุตรสาว บุตรชาย ได้เข้าไปทักทายให้กำลังใจคุณหญิงพจมาน โดย พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ยืนกุมมือตัวเองด้วยสีหน้าเคร่งเครียด และคุณหญิงพจมานได้ใช้มือขวาตบเบาๆ ที่ข้อศอกหลังแขนซ้าย พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ จากนั้นได้ทยอยเดินออกมาจากศาล โดยคุณหญิงพจมานได้สวมแว่นตาดำ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ และลูกๆ เดินตามหลังไม่ห่าง อีกทั้งกลุ่มนักการเมืองปัจจุบันที่เป็นรัฐมนตรี และนักการเมืองของพรรคพลังประชาชนที่ยังถูกตัดสิทธิทางการเมือง 5 ปี ได้ห้อมล้อมให้กำลังใจตลอดเวลา ส่วนกองเชียร์นับพันที่ไปให้กำลังใจได้ตะโกน พร้อมปรบมือให้คุณหญิงพจมานกันอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

จากนั้นทางทนายความของจำเลยได้ยื่นหลักทรัพย์เป็นเงินสด 8 ล้านบาท เพื่อขอประกันตัวจำเลยทั้ง 3 และขอยื่นสู้คดีในชั้นอุทธรณ์ต่อไป ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาของศาล

“เกิดไรขึ้นกับเมืองไทยที่เรารัก”

บ้านเมืองของเราทุกวันนี้มีปัญหาหลายเรื่องเกิดขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาระหว่างประเทศ ในเรื่องของเขาพระวิหาร ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องพันธมิตรประชาชานเพื่อประชาธิปไตย ที่มีการเคลื่อนไหวไม่เว้นแต่ละวัน จึงมีคำถามเกิดขึ้นในใจว่า”เกิดอะไรขึ้นกับเมืองไทย” ที่พวกเราทุกคนรักและหวงแหนแห่งนี้ ความสงบสุขที่มีอยู่หายไปไหน สยามเมืองยิ้มอันมีชื่อเสียต่อชาวต่างชาติหายไปไหนแล้ว

ด้านปัญหาเขาพระวิหารถึงแม้ว่าทางกัมพูชาจะถอนคำร้องเกี่ยวกับข้อพิพาทต่อองค์การสหประชาติแล้ว แต่ทหารที่เข้าไปเสริมยังบริเวณชายแดนเขาพระวิหาร ยังคงอยู่เช่นเดิม ชาวบ้านบริเวณนั้นก็เริ่มไม่มั่นใจในความปลอดถัยถึงแม้ตามข่าวที่ออกมาว่า ทหารทั้งของไทยและกัมพูชายังคงร่วมรับประทานอาหารด้วยกันก็ตาม แต่หากคิดดูว่า

หากวันไดข้อพิพาทมันรุนแรงขึ้น จากความเป็นพี่น้องต้อมมาหันกระบอกปืนเข้าหากัน นอกจากความเสียหายทางร่างกายแล้วที่สำคัญกว่านั้นคือคนที่เป็นเสมือนพี่น้อง

ต้องมาปกป้องดินแดนที่ตนรักด้วยวิธีการทางทหาร มันช่างน่าปวดร้าว คนรักต้องมาเป็นศัตรู

อีกด้านหนึ่งความแตกแยกในหมู่ของคนไทยในพื้นที่ต่างๆเริ่มทวีความรุนแรง เริ่มต้นที่ม็อบในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ที่เข้าทลายเวทีของกลุ่มพิทักษ์รักเมืองบุรีรัมย์ ทำให้ตำรวจได้รับบาดเจ็บ 17 นาย ในจำนวนนี้สาหัสถึง 2 นาย ชาวบ้านและผู้เข้าร่วมการปราศรัย ก็ได้รับบาดเจ็บตามๆกัน ความรุนแรงเริ่มเกิดขึ้นมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆในสังคมได้แล้วหรือ!!!!

ทางด้านพันธมิตรประชาชนเพื่อประชาธิปไตยก็เดินหน้าโจมตีการทำงานของรัฐบาล

อย่างต่อเนื่องล่าสุดหลังจากที่ถูกม็อบทลายเวทีการปราศรัยที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี ทำให้มีผู้คนได้รับบาดเจ็บไปนั้น เหตุเพราะผู้คนเข้ามาป่วนการปราศรัยมากจนตำรวจไม่สามารถควบคุมเหตุการที่เดิขึ้นได้ จึงได้แต่ยืนดูเหตุการที่เกิดขึ้นและต่อมาก็ถูกเหล่าชาวบ้านตำหนิในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ต่อมาหลังจากที่นายสนธิ ลิ้มทองกุลเข้ามอบตัวในข้อหา หมิ่นฯเบื้องสูงและได้รับการประกันตัวออกมาแล้วนั้นได้ให้ข้อมูลว่ามีการล็อปบี้ให้มีการเลิกชุมนุม

และเรียกร้องแท็กซี่ให้ชุมนุมกันที่หน้าสำนักวานใหญ่ ปทต.
